She’s efficient, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. I will never use another Escrow company again. If you need anything done having to do with your escrow and you want it to be done right and timely. I recommend Kat, if I could give her a 10 star review I would every time!

Kat at Katalac Escrow has been amazing! She helped me a great deal while trying to refinance in 2017 and is still continuing to help me till this day. An issue came up while trying to close escrow on my new home, and there she was again, two plus years later still willing to help me out. She has gone above and beyond for us in a way no one has. We cannot thank her enough. She is who you need on your side. Katalac Escrow is the way to go!

Can not believe how this remarkable women guided us through the maze of potential problems associated with closing on a home in Indian Wells CA. From start to finish she was there for us until closing, She went above and beyond what you could expect from an escrow agent, very knowledgeable and accessible. In this day and age when people over promise and under deliver this gal did just the opposite, and continues to advise us if any problems come up. A 5 star rating!!! we would give her 10 if we could.

I had a very truly good experience with Katalac Escrow Company inc. My realtor insisted that we and the buyers agent use her escrow co. This was because she has been using her for years and knows how she works. On a couple of occasions I had the pleasure of speaking with the Owner (Kat) this lady is so in-tuned to her work and she will work all the angles that she needs to to get the job done and get it done right. She is very fair on what she does and if she can save you a buck she will. I have talked to her on the weekends as if she was open for business and i don't think you'll find many escrow company's that do that. If you dont understand something she will take all the time she needs to explain it to you. Again I can not stress to you enough that if your looking for an Escrow Company that will give you all the TLC that your case needs please use this Company it will be worth your time. Barry
