Since the service works well I don't have much interaction with MojaveWifi. If the need arises, and I make a call, the issue is fixed quickly and the communication is clear. The company is also proactive, and has contacted me about possible problems with my service in advance of any issues compromising my WiFi connection

My Mojavewifi installer (Harley) was great! He was helpful, efficient and friendly. He neatly installed the wiring where I wanted it and explained everything clearly. An overall excellent experience.

Both Crystal in the service dept. and the service person , who came out to do the install were very knowledgeable and patient.
Service cost was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend Mojave WiFi.

Great customer service so far.
It's local and you won't cross paths with bots when trying to get a human on the line.
Ed was wonderful. It did not take long to install everything and he was very personable.
