Can't believe I'm leaving a review for a post office. Iris was wonderful. She went out of her way to help me locate my package. Thanks!

Lady at the counter had the war weary face of a vet; I feel like working here must be tough. Very helpful, fast, and good service.

Small town post office for a small town. They seemed to be very personable. We were able to accomplish what we wanted. The location was super convenient for us.

idk, man. the building and staff are too small, don't hold it against them. our p.o. does a valuable service, more than adequately, for literally the whole town... usually personably and reliably.
go to the yucca branch if you don't like it.

I love the people who work at the post office. They need more people and space though. The facility has been outgrown by the community.

Package too large for a mailbox; why put it on the truck? Wait another day just so they can Unload it off the mail truck and sort. Should I install a shed as a mailbox so I don't have to go to usps for every package ? Lol

This post office is horribly understaffed, leading to numerous points of frustration for customers (some of whom pay very good money for PO boxes). Lines are almost always long. In addition to being understaffed, they have more ridiculous and inconvenient rules than I can count. Can’t get a package without the blue slip, even with ID… so don’t forget your PO box key or they will hold your packages (that aren’t even in the mailbox) hostage. Can’t pick up anything other UPS until next day, so FedEx and USPS packages (that may be perishable), are required to sit in the hot building for an extra 24 hours. Can’t pick up for anyone else on your account without their ID, which is insane, considering not everyone in your household has an ID or comes with you to the post office. Hours are shorter than normal business hours. Generally speaking, this place is a hot mess. I recommend using Yucca Valley post office if you can.

I visit 2-3 times a week, have a PO Box, and have never had any issues. The folks here are very friendly and do a great service to the community!

Worst post office I’ve ever been to! PO Box issues. Lack of organization and unhelpful staff. Packages never available on time. Please improve training, organization, and manners or shut this place down!
