“We stumbled upon this bead/jewelry/crystal shop while walking around the downtown area of Julian and had such a lovely experience there! They had a wide array of crystals and beads pre-arranged for necklaces - there were so many colors to choose from! My friend picked out a beautiful lavender colored tourmaline string and had the necklace made for her right there. The women at the counter were so friendly and funny as they helped us decide what kind of clasp to pick, etc. She had many helpful suggestions and you could tell she was passionate about what she does! It was a small, reasonable fee to have her assemble it, in addition to the price of the actual crystals, and it was ready super quickly! We popped into the nextdoor shop while it only took about 10 minutes for her to string and package the necklace. You can also opt to DIY and string it yourself at home, but either way it would make a very special, personalized gift! The ladies also gave us some recommendations for where to get the best pie in town :) and we couldn't get enough of the super sweet shop dogs!”
