The woman working here was the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. I hate to think that her behavior toward us was racially motivated. I’ve always loved the stores in Julian, but this experience really has me questioning if this store values customers.

We stopped by this shop and just loved it, the blond lady behind the counter was so friendly. We bought the cutest gifts for ourselves, family and friends. Would definitely recommend ?

Employees are SUPER RUDE HERE! My friends and I stopped by here last Sunday just to browse around. The store is well kept and had super cute apparels and trinkets and we love these type of stores. We tried on a couple different hats not thinking we were going to get attacked.
Afterwards, we continue to browse when an associate (cranky, 40-50 years old, blonde lady) stopped us to accuse us of getting make up on their hat. I told her I’m not even wearing any make up so I don’t know why there would be a stain on the hat. She still accused me of staining their hat … like what the heck? Nevertheless of this treatment, I still wanted to purchase a super cute belt.
At check out, I had to deal with another rude associate who asked the first lady if they should charge me for the stain. Like what the heck?!? Maybe check your cameras instead of accusing people right away? The cashier then asked the first lady if she should provide my belt with a protective slip and she said no. I’ve never been treated so poorly before as a consumer. Honestly, don’t go here despite how cute you find their stuff. Customer service goes a long way ladies.

Went in visiting from San Diego, the lady was extremely rude, just walking and she didn't even acknowledge us, seemed irritated we were there. We went to the back tried on clothes had about $60 worth of stuff in my hand, and when I tried on a hat, came back to the back to to tell us, we weren't allowed to take pictures of the merchandise. Needless to say, we put our stuff back and walked out she was so rude to us.

Every time we go to Julian we stope here, our two boys get a new cap gun, I like how they are metal and not cheap plastic, they also get a stuffed animal toy. I always get a sweater or t shirt. They have a lot of merchandise to look at. The Lady at the counter is always so nice to us. Love this shop!

Such a cute shop! It's very Indian vibes for sure! I think everything is priced pretty good for their quality in clothing and winter gloves! I love their man cave garage posters!! Very military friendly shop.
