There is no physical location. Google takes you to a place that does not exist. I called the phone number and they said they're 30 minutes away. Proceed with caution.

I spent five days there this Spring, maybe seven, and it was an outstanding experience. The staff could not be nicer. Large area for hiking, a dog park, nice store and deli, great showers, indoor sports Pavillion, and reasonable prices. This is an Oasis in the desert that I highly recommend. The only thing it could improve upon is WiFi reception, but hope springs eternal.

Hidden Gem! I came across this awesome RV park on a road trip with my daughter. The general store is called Chuck's Wagon and has everything you need or forgot for your camping trip. Including Ice and water and even a hardware section. The store has a Deli that has amazing taquitos with homemade salsa and a delicious Turkey pesto provolone sub that won't leave you disappointed. They even have Thrifty Ice Cream, a personal childhood favorite. The RV resort has several cabins for rent as well as on site laundry and even a pool!!! Everything is very well-maintained and clean. There is a dog park and sport court. There are even stalls for your horses. A very unique place out in the high desert with not a lot around but awesome trails for hiking and dirt biking. Also, a great space to hold large events. I Definitely will be back!

We are 1/2 time (250 days/year) retired RV peeps. Stagecoach is such a wonderful surprise! Beautifully maintained. Details, ambiance. Laundry, 15, 30, 50 amp full-hook-up sites. Highly recommend! Consider the top 5 campsites we’ve been.

Recently stayed at Stagecoach Trails RV park and had a really good time. Unfortunately picked the hottest time of year being over 110, but the plus side, the park was pretty empty. The sites are fairly large and clean. The office/store is very well stocked and all the staff are very polite. Late check in was easy. Decent amount of wildlife in the are, had jack rabbits, deer and some owls in the park, all entertaining. Verizon's cell coverage is pretty bad/unusable.Julian is about a 20 minutes away, but far enough to make it very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely go back, but maybe when its a little cooler. Thanks

This was the most dry, barren RV Park I've ever stayed at!!The name is alluring, and the pictures are taken in such a way that you're opt to try it out. Never again!!!We were slated to stay 3 nights...got out after 1!!The worst part was that the web site depicted the park full. Let's just say it wasn't!!!

Another hidden treasure to say the least. Found this gem years back coming back from camping. Stopped in for a bite, chicken strips & French fries. Hot & crispy! And delicious! Great souvenirs too, clothes & more. Now 10 years later came back to visit this place because my mom lives near by & when she doesn't feel like driving to the market she'll just stop by here for some groceries. This place had pretty much everything. Very well stocked with unexpired dates. frozen meats, gallons of ice cream, canned goods. you name it it's very convenient if you live in this backcountry area, you know what I mean when you don't have to drive an hour out to Ramona or Temecula to buy groceries. Very nice staff members too. Thank you for your service!

This is a review of the general store at Stagecoach Trails RV Park. Stagecoach Trails is located on County Route S2. Route S2 has an origin from the late 1700s when the Spanish used it the route, and a bit later, in 1826, it was Mexican mail route. And some time after that, Mark Twain rode the trail in a mail coach and wrote about it in his book Roughing It (1872). Stagecoach Trails is located about two miles south of Scissors Crossing, and for this reason, it uses a mailing address of nearby Julian, CA instead of Borrego Springs. Borrego Springs is much farther away than Julian. WONDERFUL THINGS IN THE GENERAL STORE. I had just spent about six hours hiking in the southern half of Anza Borrego Desert State Park, and decided it was time for a pit stop. I was delighted by the fact that Stagecoach General Store has, inside, a menu with many selections, several tables and seats for use during your meal, plus several shelves stocked with many groceries and hardware supplies and (best of all) a section devoted to desert-style gifts, including leather goods and jewelry. I was enchanted by jewelry boxes with a snap-shut lid. The jewelry boxes are shaped like cowboy hats, and the hat opens and shuts. Each cowboy hat has a different color. The jewelry takes the form of earrings that are shaped like cowboy boots, stirrups, or guns. I bought three of these jewelry boxes. One had a pink hat, one had a turquoise colored hat, and the third had a black hat. I recall they were about $20 each. Because I'd just completed a six hour hike, I also bought a hamburger and a large basket of French fries. PHOTOGRAPHS. Attached is a photograph of the front of Stagecoach General Store, as seen from Route S2 (I copied this photo from the website of Stagecoach Trails RV Resort). Also shown is a photo of me standing on a stagecoach made of iron. I first asked an employee in the General Store if I could stand on the stagecoach step, and she answered, "Yes." Also posted here, are photographs of a vulture and of a roadrunner, that I saw about two hours before I discovered Stagecoach General Store. Another of the attached photographs shows a special device that the vulture was using to stay aloft.

I have resisted posting this but I can't any longer as the more people I tell this to are unbelievable as am I. We went on Thanksgiving vacation for 7 days as we did last year. My brother and his son went too with their trailer. When setting up our trailers once we got there my nephew called out to me to come over immediately. I did and my brother In law had collapsed while they were setting their trailer. My nephew is an EMT and instructed me to get his emergency bag from their truck and to call 911. He was turning blue. There is no cell service in this area so I rapidly drove up to the store/check in. Ran in and asked the guy behind the counter to please call 911 as my brother had collapsed and we have no cell service, you have a land line please call 911 ! He said no "go outside and use the pay phone" Really! asked him again and he said no go use the pay phone. No time to argue so ran out to my truck to get coins for the phone, as I haven't used one in 30 or 40 years. Ran to the phone and the guy from inside came out to help me. He did have 911 on his phone and was then helpful. Someone inside must have slapped him upside the head...Long story short, don't rely on these people to help, and my brother was sent to Escondido and is ok to day. My brother wouldn't be alive without the help of his son.Kurt
