Storum Ranch Cider & Wine is a beautiful location with a friendly atmosphere and excellent ciders, wines, and shrubs. The ciders are excellent, not sweet, with complex, interesting flavors and a clean, tart apple finish. They are made using only the apples grown on their farm with no sugar added. The non-alcoholic shrubs, made with balsamic vinegars, are also a must. The staff is friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and passionate. It is a fun place with indoor and outdoor areas, perfect after a nearby hike. Visitors highly recommend this hidden gem in Julian.

Stopped in with no prior knowledge or expectations and was very pleasantly surprised. We sampled the ciders and they were excellent. Not sweet, more like a dry wine with complex, interesting flavors. Excellent shrubs, ciders and wines. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Go after a hike on Volcan Mountain or another nearby trail and you won't regret it.

Friendly service. The owner was engaging, sharing the history of Storum Ranch and her knowledge of her products. I recommend a visit - and a dark chocolate shrub!
