Highly unprofessional, sadly only Uhaul option in Julian. No one is there during business hours. There is a chain across the driveway so you can't do a mobile pick up. Does not answer his phone or texts, voicemail is full. Sat here over an hour waiting for someone. Don't even bother, just go to Ramona to get a truck.
