The best hardware store I ever deal with. I went with flexiglass i need to cut it and they cut it for me for free and the store lady was so friendly and kind.

i’ve been coming to the store for a while and sucks to say the customer service is terrible the manager hector is very rude and impatient no way to treat a customer or anyone for that matter and just walking the store to find certain essentials i need and there is workers / employees who walk by without asking if you need any help, i walked over to aisle one and once again no offer for help but seen two employees laughing and talking it was two ladies that is not at all professional, only good thing about this location is that it’s local but besides that can’t stand the rudeness and unawareness of the workers / employees that rather sit and chat and laugh while working rather than to help customers! they need to be more aware of their employees and managers! I thought ace strived to have top customer service and be the helpful place well not at this ace location very disappointed.

Been coming here for awhile, always get great customer service! Hector and the management girls are amazing! They always help me with what I need and if they dont have it in stock they’ll order it for me! I always come here for my needs
The girl in the front with glasses is fantastic very talkative and always recommending those pies!!

I had the worst experience at this store I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. I was helped by an employee that had the worst customer service and when I asked the cashier to speak to a manager I was surprised when they had mentioned it was him. Management should always have great customer service. They should pay more attention to the customer since we are spending money so the store stays open.

Always better customer service than other major hardware stores. Also appreciated their selection, stock and organization of their individual bolts/nuts/washers
