“this entire rating goes to SHAY/ sheneece in the deli/ bakery . had such a stressful day and kept bugging and. along her back to place a catering order. this woman suggested several items read me prices and counts on over 10 items she tooo 3 diffrent orders and was so warming kind patient and caring . you don't find that this day and age when you know tour being annoying. she deserves every raise and blessings I will order catering again just bc of her kindness during my stressful time that day!!”

“This isn't the closest Staters to my house, but I don't mind going the extra 5 minutes to this location. Reason being it has a full bakery and deli (sushi bar too I believe) The one by my house (on Highland ave and del Rosa) has no birthday cakes, the bakery section is only boxed cookies and muffins and stuff. And it's pulling teeth to get anyone to make you a sandwich there. This location the customer service is always great, quick and friendly. I'll keep shopping here!”

“The ambiance is the best around. Surrounding grocery stores don't come close to the 1. Level of cleanliness 2. Kindness of staff and 3. Security guards present in the parking lot. I was actually pleasantly surprised to arrive the day before thanksgiving to find so many items still available and despite the rush, I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Will always be my go-to grocery stop!”

I have a closer one to my house but I rather drive a little farther because this store is always clean and the employees are so nice from the meat department to cashier and especially the Manager I think his name is Brian. “I beg to differ with those for whatever reasons had a or even some bad experiences in their dealings with B of A.I on the other hand remember on several occasions where people in different branches went beyond their obligations to me as a customer to help me simply because of the caring people they are.For instance I once had a bad reaction to a new medication and collapsed while waiting in a long banking line and not only did the branch manager run to my assistance; but also put me in his personal car and drove me home and stayed untill he finished talking to and fully recanting what had occurred while I was standing in line at his branch.His reactions were far above and beyond his duties and obligations and treated me with joy and concern when I returned to his branch another day.To me his actions were an act of kindness and concern for another human being but went far beyond his duties as branch manager and to this day I still thank and appreciate him and B of A for their great service over the years !”
