I visited BevMo on June 7th about 40 minutes before closing, and what started as a normal shopping trip quickly turned uncomfortable. Initially, everything seemed fine—one of the employees, a short woman with black hair and a larger build, asked if I needed help. I appreciated the gesture and politely declined. A few minutes later, she approached again, which I found a bit excessive, but I again said I was okay as I was simply looking for ingredients to make mojitos.
However, it soon became clear that she was following us aisle to aisle. At one point, we accidentally ran into each other at the end of an aisle, and her startled reaction confirmed she had been tailing us. It felt like we were being watched as if we were doing something wrong, which was unsettling and unnecessary.
She even confronted my girlfriend’s sister, who was shopping separately and had asked a simple question about alcohol-based chocolates. After grabbing the item, the employee randomly told her she couldn’t take it to the bathroom—even though she never said she was going to the bathroom in the first place.
To make matters worse, the elderly male cashier checking us out had a rude and irritated attitude, making an already uncomfortable visit even worse. The lack of professionalism from multiple employees was disappointing. Definitely not the experience I expected or deserved.

The vast number of beers from every corner of the world had me impressed,and then I made it to their spirits aisle,which was even more amazing! Plus,they offer a huge variety of quick snacks like fine cheeses and charcuterie,even the makings of breakfast,should that special date be everything you hoped! Bottom line,they thought of everything!

Horrible Customer Services. Manager making up their own rules to discourage shoppers.
I bought 1 Blanton’s and 1 Eagle Rare and tried to use my 15$ off coupon on my Bevmo app but the manager “Lisa” told me I could not use the coupon for allocated items. As far as I know there is no restriction on the coupon, and I have used the coupons before for the same items. The manager just making up her own rules as she likes.
