“The bakery ladies, Vivian and Debbie, were such a BIG help ! I had ordered with a different lady in bakery and she had no personality whatsoever.. especially when we were trying to explain what we were going for and she basically dismissed what we were trying to show her. We go to pick up our cupcakes and they are the wrong color.. we were then taken care of by Vivian and she has customer service and did her best at explaining on paper what color we needed.. we go the next day to pick up our cupcakes and they are the perfect shade of toy story alien green ! A HUGE thanks to Debbie for preparing them beautifully and to Vivian for describing the cupcakes perfectly.”

“Happy holiday December 5, 2023!! I love my bank. I have been with Downey savings and US Bank for almost 25 years.. Ryan is my banker I love him I had a thing happened to me last week when I put my credit card out instead of my debit card. They were the same color. Somebody tried to put on a charge, and when I did not authorize it.. yes, I had to call the car number. Yes, I called the corporate office but US Bank has always always stand behind anything.. It's a wonderful feeling when you walk in all the girls know your name I can't even imagine I got my husband to switch over from his bank to our bank. He loves the customer service. He loves the bank. Everything you are in great hands with U.S. Bank, Ryan and the girls I love you. Thank you so much for always being there and we're like family. We are family happy holidays Christina and Dan Williams.”

“I go to this store regularly for great customer service provided by the nice store manager, and happened to need items on the 4th of July. I grabbed my flap meat, then as I was shopping, the intercom began playing the national anthem sung by a talented lady and it was very moving and created a great atmosphere, other customers began clapping and cheering which I can say made us enjoy our patriotic holiday that much more! It was a nice touch to the shopping experience. Would definitely return for another great performance”

“I had to get some money for a couple red envelopes as gifts to my Mom (Grandparents Day) and nephew (birthday). This Wells Fargo was close to closing time at noon, but I made it within the chinny chin chin at 10 minutes till noon. Can you believe there was still a long line... believe it! I just needed a few $100 bills so I used their ATM inside hoping it disburses the big bills and it did. Thank you Wells Fargo for coming through. I didn't have to stand in line as there was one available ATM for use. The other ATM was preoccupied by someone else. Yes, they have 2 ATMs inside. Inside ATMs were great that they disburse the needed bills, but they only accept 30 bills at a time for deposit which is a drag because you gotta do multiple transactions if you have $300 in $1 dollar bills. Hopefully, they will make all their ATM machines to be consistent across the board one of these days.”
“This is one of favorite markets. The meat section is amazing. The staff in there are great. I do have my favorite people who I like to serve me lol. It's clear that they care about the appearance of their store, and they are very friendly. Keep up the good work.”

“Omg! Paul the cashier is so dang funny. He's very pleasant and makes waiting in line fun, not that he has a long line of waiting customers as he is friendly, funny, efficient. I'm definitely coming to this stater brothers and you bet. I'll be hoping Paul is on shift . We need more employees like him!!”
“This is for the SB's in Fontana, Rialto and Bloomington. I have to give KUDOS to all the stores who not only have a sushi maker, but who have a NICE sushi maker. I have been to several stores looking for a simple California Roll and if none are present, they will make one upon request. HOWEVER, the gal at the SB's in Loma Linda is a complete opposite. She has no smiles or manners and if asked to make a California Roll she refuses. It doesn't matter what time of day it is. She makes a boatload of tempura rolls, dragon rolls and veggie rolls and then it's all coated in sweet chili sauce. Not everyone likes sweet chili sauce. I have made a habit to not bother asking her for anything because even when I phoned ahead as she requested, and asked how long it would take, I was there and she still made me wait. I'm going to stay close to home for my sushi. I'd rather give my business to a place where it's appreciated.”

“First time at this Wells Fargo on Baseline. They only have one ATM to get right in the front but you can opt to go tho the drive thru which I did because there were already two people in line for the one ATM. Only one other car ahead of me. It was pretty easy to get my cash and drive away.”
