Finding a storage unit seemed stressful but then I found dollar self storage. I walked in and spoke with Danny , he was very helpful in helping me find a good unit . He showed me a variety of units and told me about the $1special .I ended up going with a 10x14 which was perfect for moving . The whole process took less then 15min and made moving a lot less stressful :) 10 out of 10 recommend

The are very hard to deal with if you have a problem was told that District Manager does not speak to customer. Being record on call without your knowledge.

Would not do business with them. They do not treat their customer well. There are better locations up the road. I move my stuff out.

They are not very good with dealing with people. Had my stuff in their for 5 year paid over $12000 and they are trying to sell my stuff for $76. Not in state and turn off the ability to pay with card.

Madeline was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She upgraded me to a larger unit based on my needs without charging me extra. I was looking forward ti meeting her but unfortunately my move-in date was her day off. I met with Danny, the manager instead. He advised me that the unit I thought I was getting, a 10x20, was not available. I was also advised that the lock I purchased for the unit as instructed to do so, wasn’t acceptable. Therefore, I had to spend an additional $25 for their lock. If there’s anything I would complain about, it would be the fact that I paid for a lock that couldn’t be used. I had to purchase their lock and return the one I bought. It’s not so much about the price but rather th inconvenience. In my opinion, Madeline is amazing! Oh and the place appears to be well kept for sure!!

Took a tour today with Danny. He was very informative, patient and very knowledgeable about the units. The property is very clean and very secure. Definitely recommend.

I really love this storage facility. The manager, Danny is friendly and understanding. It’s very safe facility and very clean, 4 years and I have never had a problem at all. I recommend this facility, you need more than just a space, you need a real management team, and this facility has it. Thank you Danny!!
