“Good store, good inventory, only thing is that they are so short staff -all the time-. There is always only 1 register open. Most times I have gone, there are customer with their little carts filled to the brim and the line gets super long.”
“I've shopped, at Dollar Tree in Rancho Cucamonga for a long time. I went to the location and was pleased. The store was clean, organized, mo boxes in the isles 1/2 unpacked, freezer food was organized and well stocked. Cashier was friendly. The most enjoyable experience at any Dollar Store. Thanks”

“At 8:20 the other night I had remember that I had to get balloons for a friends going away party. The first Dollar Tree I went to had no balloons left! So I went to this store as fast as I could getting there at 8:50. They had a few slowly deflated balloons I was going to purchase, when I got to the counter I asked if there were any other balloons. Jocelyn was the cashier helping me, and not only did she help me find other balloons but she also re-inflated the droopy balloons for me!! All while they had to close, she took that extra time for me! So thankful, and they were all put to great use!!”
“Stopped by today after work and this DT has so many items. I'm just sad that all the new cool items are gone so fast. I actually walked every isle and got some items for home and for my kiddos. This is honestly my new favorite store. When I checked the cashier Lillian was so sweet and kind. She helped me find another item I hadn't been able to find which is a plus. I will be shopping here from now on.”

“I would like to give a huge shout out to the manager Miriam at Dollar Tree in Grand Terrace. I usually avoid coming here because of my previous experiences. However this morning I came in (02/05/24 ) and was so impressed I did not think I was in the same store. The organization and cleanliness this store had was amazing. Every one of their workers was working hard stacking shelves and putting things away. The store was so clean and organized I had to acknowledge the staff to the store manager Miriam. I learned that she is the new store manager and you can actually see such a difference in the store itself. I would like to give them a five-star review as it is more than deserved. Thank you Miriam for making Dollar tree a pleasant experience. I will continue coming back”
“I'd been coming to this place for nearly one year before offering my opinion, waiting, and watching how the manager treated not one but all the customers that came through their store. Wait that's not all once 99cents stores closed all their locations dollar General began implementing a drastic change by offering customers more than I've ever seen in my lifetime. They now offer a little bit of all things in my observations my best description is a minny Walmart superstore. Please take a minute of your time and just do a walk-through and judge for yourself. This has been my observations. I still yet have failed to get the name of the manager who's working so very hard at treating every customer equally. Hey, you are missing out but ok with me better I keep this place a secret so I become the blessed one. I'll update this with the manager's name very soon, I will keep you posted within a day or so this is how often I shop there now. Their refrigerated ideas are equivalent to food 4 less but for the square footage.”

“The store is very clean and they have so much nice products to choose from. First time here, but I will be returning since I wasn't able to browse the whole store. The only drawback on this visit is the young gal with eyeglasses working the register looked bothered and miserable. Maybe she's just having a bad morning. Other than that, I recommend going here.”
“HONESTLY EVERY TIME MY BF AND I GO THIS STORE THERE'S ALWAYS STUFF ALL OVER THE FLOORS BOX'S AND PRODUCT PPL DROP ANYWHERE AND ETC .. “Well, everything is fine, however now with this inflation in the economy there is no longer anything from $1.00, everything has gone up to $1.25, no way everything has gone up except the salary. From there everything is fine, it has a wide variety of items.

“I went here weekly since I lived in Rialto, to fill up on snacks and drinks. It was always clean here, and the employees would always greet me as I came in to the store. They were very nice and courteous to me, I went in so often that they were willing to offer me free drinks haha, since I moved it feels weird not going in anymore.”

“It’s difficult to get a 1.5 rating on Yelp, even when you don’t care. While there is probably some truth to some of the past reviewers stories, that wasn’t my experience on this visit.The store appeared to be in order and being efficiently run. The floor was clean, the shelves were stocked and neat.I didn’t speak with anyone but one of the employees smiled at me and nodded. Despite me taking multiple pictures in the store, no one stopped or questioned me.I would return to the store based on my experience.”
“Went to Dollar Tree for a purpose. To pick a Cup Caddy that I saw on YouTube what's new @ Dollar Tree. Since I was there I saw what else I could use for $1.25. With the help from the very nice staff. I picked up Craft storage Bins and painting supplies. I could leave without getting a toy, the Hershey & Giraffe pillows for the cat & dog. As you can see in the picture they need more toys. I spent $28.00.
FYI, I tried the hair. Not good, for $1.25 not a great loss. Would have been nice if it did work. All the other items work great!”
“So, downtown store always busy - & we all know how retail stores are short staffed - but the mgr. Got on the p.a. & assured that another register would open quickly. And it did - nice brunette gets the line moving quick - my turn & she asks if I'd like more than one bag -"nah" - she smiles& says really nicely "of course ' a typical man" - well I say... THANKYOU,ty,ty,ty! It's so nice to shop & communicate w/ female staff w/o feeling like I don't get something- now I don't really know what the multiple bag thing is all about, but that's not a concern- makes living downtown even better!Nice on the eyes & quick service- my new #1 dollar store- ty,ty!”
