“We moved as 70 year couple , to a 55 plus community in Beaumont. We were provided with 5 strong and respectful men. The total hours took less than 8 hours for the total move. The movers were most pleasant and it was a process to move out of our home of 40 years. But we would never recommend trying to move without a professional moving company. Burgess movers were extremely worth the investment and all the movers worked very well together. We hope to never move again but if we should we would call Burgess to help us or anyone with this difficult matter. Thank you Burgess for your help and professionalism.

I keep my holiday decorations there, so I stop by every other month (a couple of times between November and January just to set up all my Christmas displays), and they are always friendly.”

She was through and clearly communicated everything every step of the way. I truly hope that the owner realizes what a great asset she is to the company. Additionally, my driver Elliott was amazing. He also kept me in the loop on delivery. He was very thoughtful with my belongings and efficient when packing a storage unit. “Went to this location to drop off a tractor for its service. Very clean kept shop and everyone is friendly. Shop staff seem a bit too busy but are willing to help and direct you to the person or office. I wondered around a bit when I arrived due to the signage on where to go for what, but at the end it worked out.”

“The owner and her on-site manager are always respectful and considerate. I have never witnessed any unprofessional or unpleasant behavior from the owner. It is lovely talking to her and the on site manager everytime I see them. I have never felt unsafe or rushed while I’m there. I have been a tenant for a year and never had a negative experience. The location is always clean and is well protected. Would give a higher rating if possible.”
