I had a fantastic experience with Spectrum customer service, and I wanted to give a huge shoutout to the wonderful Spanish girl with the blue nails who assisted me. I was struggling with a call forwarding issue on my flip phone and couldn't figure it out on my own EVEN after going through . She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.\\n\\nNot only did she help me resolve the issue quickly, but she also took the time to explain the steps in a clear and friendly manner. Her dedication to ensuring my problem was solved was truly commendable.\\n\\nAdditionally, another customer service representative named Linda (if I remember correctly) deserves special recognition. When I purchased a new phone through Spectrum with my mom, she went above and beyond by providing a cloth to wipe the phone, ensuring it looked brand new. She also took the time to explain every step of owning the phone with a Spectrum mobile line and answered any other questions I had.\\n\\nThanks to the expertise and professionalism of both the Spanish girl with the blue nails and Linda, I had a seamless experience with Spectrum's services. It's refreshing to encounter such outstanding customer service, and these individuals made my day better with their assistance. Spectrum, you have an amazing team, and I'm grateful for the excellent service I received. Kudos to your company for hiring such talented individuals!

As previous reviews have stated, most of the complaints are about Spectrum's general customer service. Many of these users who reviewed poorly do not understand how to properly give feedback per Yelp guidelines which speaks volumes about the retail space.This particular location has been a shining hope for what Spectrum customer service should aspire to be. Props to Sandy for giving me great customer care. I was in and out quickly and although she offered me the chance to upgrade services, she didn't try to distastefully force it down my throat like Spectrum phone reps always do. This is how you push sales! I hope she gets a promotion so she can teach Spectrum execs how to focus more on the consumer and less on operating as a monopoly.By the way, Luis the technician came out and installed the modem at my house and did a great job!

Joanna Cortez let me in the store few minutes earlier that opening hours. She provided an outstanding customer service. I have learned that each is store is not necessarily connected to the Spectrum headquarters. Despite of this information, this particular Spectrum store always care about their customers.

I think some of the other reviewers aren't understanding that they're reviewing a store location not the company as a whole. I have had excellent customer experience every time I have visited. The store is clean organized and the staff is super friendly and helpful. While I may experience issues with my service from time to time (I mean it's technology it won't always be perfect) I know that's no fault of the employees at the store. Do yourself a favor and visit this location, they're amazing

This is the worst customer service place I've ever dealt with. They always get my orders wrong and I don't find out about it until months later and still they can't correct it. That was for my mobile. Internet and tv they also messed up by not knowing where my equipment was after I returned it and I had to pay for it. Stay away from this place.
