The shop's security man who has checked out of my purchased items 2-3x by suddenly stopping the process of the payment computer, how a stupid person(s) are you? I just picked 2 items that costed only a few dollars, then you stopped me from the cashier mertien. Have you found what you needed? I really believed you r only bored while working, so you picked a senior non-your raced citizen to play games with but the final results are SHAME On YOU as every time you had tried to waste my time!! But u allowed your relatives to steal from the Walmart shop where I saw it($350+ no payment but you allowed them went out). U r really bad moral man!! No needs to see your ulgerly behavior anymore!!

Always a quick and easy visit during the weekday mornings and early afternoons. Too bad people go there and steal, today the Sheriff was there. Also, the characters that hang out outside don't make you feel safe as you are loading up your items in your vehicle. Still, I do like making my quarterly stops to the Neighborhood Walmart to load up on my essentials.

They lock up the most unnecessary things. And then when you go to push the service button, they never show up. You’re better off ordering your needs off Amazon. You’ll get it quicker! I waited almost 10 minutes before someone finally went to unlock the glass, but they unlocked the glass for a lady who got there AFTER me, got her things out, and walked away. Some of these workers need some common sense training because some of this just goes right over there head.They always only have 1 or 2 check out lanes open and those 1 or 2 lanes are always way too long. They need a seriously mandatory meeting for these slow, itty bitty brain workers. Can’t speak for all the workers, some of them are very nice. But doesn’t make up for the lack of customer service satisfaction here at this store.

Nice staff shelves always well stocked, but today the staff was absolutely helpless. Had a coupon on their product and 5 of them couldn't figure it out and just looked at us like we were the problem. Sad

We will not shop here anymore. This place didn't have any cashier's working. They said we had to do our own self checkout. We left our stuff and went to Stater bros. Don't feel it's right that they make us do our own check-out. They should give us a choice.

The lines here are really long and usually one or two cashiers are open. I was there yesterday and after seeing a long line for one cashier I decided to go to self checkout with my cart nearly full. After scanning a few items I was told very rudely by one of the cashiers at the self checkout that I couldn’t be there and when I asked why she could not give me a reason right away. After pausing to think for a second she told me that self check out was closed and canceled my transaction and told me to go get in line. She turn the light to red for the self check out. I did not want to cause a scene so I decided to go to that one cashier open. When she saw me get in line she open the self check out station I was just at. I don’t know her actual reason for this but I would rather go somewhere else then have to deal with this issue again.

I shopped this store yesterday (June 22, 2023) and was trying to checkout when the female checker said "I'm closed." I looked around the corner for another checker and I said " there aren't any other checkers open so what am I supposed to do?" She said " use the self-checkout." I said "I was unable to do that" and the customer behind me said the same thing. The checker rolled her eyes and said Uhhh,..I'll take you." And then she literally threw the rectangular divider on the conveyor belt in disgust. I asked if they had enough employees that day and she pointed up and said, " the sign says I'm closed.” That was the last straw...I asked for the manager and a supervisor came over to check me out and told the cashier to "go in the back." As she walked by me she voiced the expletive, "You're a _ _ cking _ss hole" right in front of her supervisor and other customers. I told her supervisor that someone really needs to talk to that person because she has no business interacting with the public on any level. The supervisor apologized to me and said that she knew that and had been having problems with her in the past. I also informed her that her actions were unacceptable and worthy of immediate termination.Walmart prices have skyrocketed to the point where they are equal to or greater than the other major grocers, so there really isn't any reason for me to shop at Walmart anymore. High prices and hostile treatment from their employees is too much for me to bear. I'm afraid Walmart is venturing down the same exact path as Sears and Kmart. And I think everyone reading this knows how that turned out.

Honestly where do I start the employees including management are rude to deal with. They made to where you can only exit and enter from 1 Door which I can't understand how that's legal what if there was an emergency ? I wish jurupa valley would open another near by market because I'm getting so tired of this one being closest to me it's always a bad experience when I go here

I had a really bad experience yesterday at walmart in the morning. I want to go buy dog food. Right after I was already paying and getting my receipt and change. Their cashier Liz decides to walk up storming with about 2 other workers and demands. She needs to lift my bag. Before I could even reply or say anything she goes ahead and lifts my bag. After that she walks away and asked that the person? That was. With her I said "Hey why did she have to lift my bag" and she replies? "she's looking 4 other items." Immediately I was embarrassed and I caught on to what was happening. I don't know if this is discrimination but it's definitely profiling somebody. First off I go there week after week to cash my paycheck. One I am not a thief and i did not give any suspicion that i was even Looking at anything . I simply walked in went to the dog isle grab my dog food. So basically if you look like me you will be profiled and you will be stopped in question and embarrassed in front of other customers. Her name is liz or elizabeth she's a cashier. So therefore I would like to know what can be done about this. What Action ,because I did not get an apology after a walmart employee was wrong and in other words is basically saying i could of stold something. I have walked in there many times as I watch homeless people steal stuff right under their nose and walking in-and-out of there and they don't Treat them like that. So beware of liz if you look like me bald you will be profiles and she will ask or she will just check your basket. I just want to know what can be done and who can i talk to. She does not need to work at a place with customers if your going to profile them as a thief!

No starts of it was an option! This place is horrible! I think some of the employees have been leaving good feedback because everyone in this community agrees the staff is rude and lazy and the store is always a mess with no carts. I’ve left multiple accounts with management who seem to be even worst. This store has been progressively getting more and more unpleasant. Not to mention the constant accusations of throwing something in the basket that wasn’t scanned. Please shut this place down. It’s becoming a health and safety hazard for our community. Basically, terrible selection of products always under stocked. No customer service at all so don’t bother if you have an issue, call the 1800 number let’s work together to force them to do their jobs and services the community. We deserve friendly service, clean environment, Accessible carts, and caring employees.
