“Okay, so I wanted to start an account at this location. The process wasn't what I was used to. The reason for this is not the point of my review. It is part of the story. After realizing that I returned the next day five minutes to closing. It was not enough time to finish my account so I treated the staff poorly and was unreasonable. They treated my childish outburst with grace. I appreciated the patients and everything. I think they are wonderful over at this location and deserve all the respect I the world. They accepted my apology and business moved forwards in spite of my poor behavior.”
“I used the app to apply to exchange my secured card for an unsecured card. It was surprisingly easy. I didn't expect s follow up call for a few days, they called me that afternoon for some follow-up and verification questions. I was told that a representative from the branch would be in touch with me, once again I thought it would be a few day, no, it was a few minutes. She asked a few more simple questions, made an appointment the next day and was willing to juggle her lunch around to accommodate me. She was professional, helpful, and kind. She explained everything to me, we signed papers and I was done! All in less than 2 days, and I will get my card and secured funds released in a few days.I couldn't be happier with the service I received.”
