I was told that a representative from the branch would be in touch with me, once again I thought it would be a few day, no, it was a few minutes. She asked a few more simple questions, made an appointment the next day and was willing to juggle her lunch around to accommodate me. She was professional, helpful, and kind. She explained everything to me, we signed papers and I was done! All in less than 2 days, and I will get my card and secured funds released in a few days.I couldn't be happier with the service I received.”

After realizing that I returned the next day five minutes to closing. It was not enough time to finish my account so I treated the staff poorly and was unreasonable.
