Only stopped on the pier to get a bite to eat and something yummyto drink. I had never been here but heard what an awesome venue for live music. The appetizers were good. The drinks were awesome. The grounds were kept up nicely. The pool was beautiful! Why not bring back live music? This place would bring in the $$$The hotel was like a ghost town, and no one was out at the pool on a 84 degree day.I think the new owners are missing out on the "big picture "

This place is a work in progress. It was not what we were expecting, but after we learned about the history it made more sense. When you arrive you can tell this place was a prime resort back in the day, but you can see its heyday has passed. They appear to be a lot of upgrades happening. We learned the resort had been closed for almost ten years and reopened a few years ago. You can tell they are trying to bring back the place to life, but its just not all there yet. I did laugh at seeing the old tube TVs in the lounge. I hadn't seen one of those in a very long time. The rooms were okay, the view of the lake was awesome! The restaurant had great views too, but the food was okay. The staff was friendly, and everything ran smoothly with them. We just wouldn't choose it again as a family destination, at least not in its current state. I hope they figure out how to bring the place back to life. There's definitely potential for something awesome there.

Haven't been in over a decade. (Was closed, and someone just reopened it)Ate at Andy's and not much to talk about. Price was ok but food was Meh. Got the ribeye, came out "grey" bit cooked medium. Covered in dry parsley...why? Mashed potatoes had more sour cream than potatoes. My buddy got the burger. It looked good, he said it tasted good. Wife got the salmon and it was good.Hope they do something about the decor and food presentation. Everything was right out of the 90s.Service was good though. They stayed on top of the drinks. Made sure we didn't run out of water.I'll give it another shot and see how it is

This was our first visit and I can say this will be our new vacation place!! The staff was amazing, especially Lydia! She was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We did check in early and we had to wait a bit but she did everything possible to get us ik early. All of the staff including the restaurant was very professional and helpful!! So glad we have found such a wonderful place to enjoy peaceful, quality family time

The hotel had been closed for 15 years. Now the owner is trying hard to make this place attractive again. Still, a lot to do. It feels a little bit overpriced since the property is very old. There is a specific smell in the rooms, like old moldy 50-year-old wood. Paper-thin walls. Some areas are closed because they haven’t been upgraded yet. The furniture has been recently upgraded partially. Mattresses and pillows are good. People at the reception desk are nice and helpful. Everybody is friendly at the store and restaurant. I wish this place good luck!

So, it feels like the new owners have pushed it open too soon. The rooms were remodeled, with new furniture. The bathroom had a new sink and mirror, but the same old weird 70s / 80s shower. And the shower door blocked access to the towels. In the suite, there were two new split AC units, but the vents and thermostat for the old system were left in place. My mother-in-law couldn't figure out how to operate it. Also, the toilet was a 70s antique, and NOTHING in the kitchen was remodeled. One entire block of rooms had no outside lights at night. There were places where the old walkways and safety railings had been removed and never replaced. There are no phones in the rooms to call the front desk. You have to use cell phones to call the main line, which went down at least once while we were there.Power went out twice, for four hours at a time. While this is a PG&E issue, not a hotel issue, they had no backup power, and no emergency lighting, so we had no AC while it was 100°, and it was pitch black in the hotel room.It just feels like they pushed open too soon, before all of the needed remodeling was complete. It feels like it's a weird mixture of really nice, and old and funky.

What has been restored is nice. There is so much work to do on this place that it should NOT be open to the public yet. Certainly not like it was years ago. We walked around the property and found so many safety issues. Exposed wires, tools left out, piles of debris from demolition of rooms, falling ceilings. Amenities promised were not provided. Pool was still closed, tv was not connected. Only one restaurant was open and it closed at 8. Little store (great clerks there) closed at 6. We were told at the front desk when we checked in that if we wanted to swim we could drive to Cobb and use their public pool. I could go on and on but frankly I am ready to move on.Safety: Use caution walking on property.Food & drinks: Food was good but a bit pricey.Noteworthy details: There was a time when this was a booming place - guaranteed fun. I am sad to say those days may be gone forever. We contacted the manager while still on property and he promised to get back to us. He did not. We gave him a second chance via email 2 weeks later. Jeff W. has still never reached out.

Went during a time where they didn't have all amenities working (May 2023), so it sucked to not have wifi in the room. Other than that, the room was really nice.

It's an amazing place to stay for the weekend and explore the Lake county area. We loved the staff as they were so helpful and energetic. The rooms are just the right size and our view of the lake was awe striking! Soon the bands will return to playing on the stage again and we'll return for as many of the concerts as we can!! Come on over and have a wonderful time at Konocti Harbor Resort!!!

We spent two nights here with our toddler and had a great time. The rooms are newly renovated and the location is phenomenal. It makes for the perfect weekend gateway spot a quick drive from San Francisco.

All I can say is, I'm completely bummed up that NO more live concerts will be played there anymore. Bands like Nickelback, Breaking Benjamin, Queensryche, Staind and Daughtry, That's to name a few of the big stars bands that would come here and would help us
