Okay, so I wanted to start an account at this location. The process wasn't what I was used to. The reason for this is not the point of my review. It is part of the story. After realizing that I returned the next day five minutes to closing. It was not enough time to finish my account so I treated the staff poorly and was unreasonable. They treated my childish outburst with grace. I appreciated the patients and everything. I think they are wonderful over at this location and deserve all the respect I the world. They accepted my apology and business moved forwards in spite of my poor behavior.

$3.50 fee for non Umpqua ATM, this used to be free :( Good in a rush when my CU's nearest branch is Lakeport or Santa Rosa, the tellers seem nice.

The tag line "Welcome to the World's Greatest Bank." Isn't just a tag line at this location. Debbie and the entire staff go out of their way to provide excellent customer service.
