Very poor service, and one woman there is exceptionally rude every time I visit. They have no idea of customer service. I'm using UPS more and more.

The woman in charge there (2020) who's name is Nicole is extremely helpful. She goes above and beyond. Lovely little post office.

Mr B goes to this post office almost every day. The staff is friendly and polite. Only a few people work there, so expect a small line at peak times such as the end of the day. Remember they close for lunch between 12-1pm, and there is only 4 parking spots.

I come to this post office every month or so for work related priority mail. Dated and plain post office with space for only 3 clerks at a time. However, most of the time, they only have one mail clerk at a time and everyone has to wait in one line. Once in a while they do open two terminals but rarely. The service one gets is helpful and pleasant, but I wish the place didn't close for one hour mid-day for clerks' lunch breaks. I always forget they close from 12-1 and I end up waiting or going somewhere else. For a busy College Avenue area amidst small businesses, restaurants, markets, a middle school, elementary school and a community college, this little postal office operates like it is in a quiet, suburban, unpopulated area. But the place does get the work I need done. I just have to remember their work hours and beat the lines.

the phone number on the website is a LIE. it goes to a fax somewhere. Great example of why the postal service should be privatized or completely revamped.

Never been to such an inept place. 3rd day trying to get a post office box that I registered for online--so should have been quick and easy. Staff claim they're too busy. Say one thing then claim they never said it. Say they'll call--then don't. Their voice mail is totally screwed up, so can't get through by phone. Recommendation: If you need a p.o. box, get it somewhere else.

This post office has a woman that is has a horrible attitude and is extemely rude to customers. Her name is Ruth. She has absolutely NO customer service knowledge is extremly awful when communicating with any or all of her customers. She has quite a reputation for her NEGATIVE and complete disregard for anyone and everyone. The un-kind way of speaking to me and her nasty tone was and is ABSOLUTLEY unacceptable!!!! I am appauled that she even has a job. Clearly she has not had a review lately. WORST UTMOST EXPIERENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED !!!!!!

They never scan my package with the pre-paid label. they are so lazy to scan packages. I cannot find the package anymore that worth 1,000 dollars. Terrible, frustrating experience. So much time now loosing to contact CSR.
