I was greeted as soon as I walked in. My sales person was very noligable. Took me straight to Item I was looking for. He was polite and friendly. And I like the friendliness. Alot of places don't even say hi. I dislike when I'm saying hi and get no response. Or they won't even look at me. And autozone used to be one of the worst. I hope all your employees are as friendly as this young man was.SincerelySherry

I'd like to say that there's still a store that is old-fashioned and down to earth about taking care of its customers I was having trouble with my car and a gentleman by the name of Gilbert took it upon himself to help me figure it out and took care of it for me when he didn't have to he went above and beyond his employee duties and made me a firm believer that there's still people out there that want to do right by their customers and go beyond the expectations thank you Gilbert for helping me out that day you even looked up my name on the computer when I left my phone there and brought it to me at my house you're awesome and I appreciate you so much you have no idea how much it helped me that day thank you AutoZone you have a great employee take good care of them he takes good care of you guys

I made a critiquing comment before and I have to take it back. Each one of their employees gave me good advice so I could finish changing all 4 brakes on my 2012 GMC Sierra. (First time changing brakes). Without their assistance, I never would have completed it. Thank you, Autozone! Note; if you buy the right kits (2) you can bleed all four brakes and the master brake cylinder by yourself.

Was in Kerman from out of town for a wedding with a burned-out low beam on a foggy day. Alex expertly installed the the bulb for no charge. Thank you, Alex, and Kerman Autozone!

Received email that order was ready for pick up when I got there they said it wasn’t in stock. Next time cancel the order if it isn’t in stock or at least update your inventory to show accurate data and not have customers waste their time.
