Don't really have much to add... they open the lobby at 10am even though when you look them up it says 9am. Besides that it's a hit and miss, they do always seem to have people waiting.

ANYTIME, it seems, when i try to deposit money the ATM NEVER accepts it! and i’ve seen it happen to a couple of people besides myself. it is so frustrating. & then to top it off there is always one that doesn’t seem to work.

Surprisingly I went in yesterday and there was noone in line. Arrived around 3 pm on a Wednesday. Recently remodeled on the inside.

Poor costumer service. They focus on “frequent” customers rather than the next in line. Just cause people use the app to take care of the basics, doesn’t mean to bypass them for the frequent goers.

Literally worst bank I’ve ever been to! Long lines and one teller, manager sees 50 people in line and won’t help. Expect to waste an hour or two before getting help! Closed my account!

My family's trusts have been with B of A fir over 70 years. I use to put change in an envelope in grammar school to save here in the 50s so it's been a part of my life it lately I walk into the lobby and one teller is serving 20 waiting customers ? I fear my family's years with them is over. Perhaps all the automation makes personal banking a thing of the past but I need to check

Do not be fooled by seeing two ATMs outside. Rest assured that only ONE will be operational. I don't know on what hollowed burial ground they built their vault to deserve such electronic gremlins to plague this location. You might get lucky on that one day of the week where two of them are working, but don't hold your breath. Service inside is slow, so either make an appointment or show up with at least two hours to spare. This location seems grossly mismanaged. It is a shame it is the only BofA location available to the farming towns surrounding Fresno.

They only have two ATMs for Kerman and neighboring cities of San Joaquin, Tranquillity, Mendota, Cantua Creek among others. The ATM lines are often long and often lack money. Just an awful bank that shows no interest providing access to its customers money. If you look at tweets, this has been an ongoing issue going back a few months. Warren Buffet injected capital into the bank recently which makes me wonder if the bank is on the verge of collapsing. Going to move my money elsewhere.

Doesn't matter what time I come here there is always a long line and 1 teller!!!!!! Hire more employees or schedule better! I dread coming here every damn time!

Slowest, most outdated BofA i ever been to. They always have an ATM down, so there's always long lines. They serve a big community and don't care at about customer service. Been banking with them for years, i think it's time to move on. Worth the pain to change banks.

The customer service is HORRIBLE! They were closed today at 11 am with no explanation EXCEPT to call. So I call and no answer. DO NOT BANK AT B OF A!!!!

Very slow. Always short on bank tellers. Need to improve service faster and better. Security guard outside bank is also rude to customers, act like he owns bank. Need to hire more employees for better service.
