The worst experience. I was interested in a listing they had, sent all my required info, had a viewing scheduled, then it was delayed with no explanation. I had to find out the woman I had been working with was no longer an employee. Every time I called after, I was fed excuse after excuse as to why another employee of theirs was out of work, and that I would be getting a call to reschedule a viewing. After a month, I’ve received nothing. I don’t what is going on in this business, but this is one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had.

Cherie Smith for helped us find an AMAZING cabin at Bass Lake! We love it! And she also cares about the people she is helping. She sold our parent’s home quickly and for a great price so they could move to their dream home. The process was smooth because she was hands on the whole way, despite a couple of hiccups on the side of the buyer. We are so thankful for her willingness to figure out solutions that benefitted both sides of the sale. Highly recommend.

My mother delt with this company to sell her home and buy a new home. Unfortunately the realtor did a poor job in assisting my mother and her husband. The realtor did not show my mother homes that had the descriptions they were looking for and would show her homes that did not even come close to what my mother wanted. The house that they ended up with was found by my brother in law and not the realtor despite it being in the market for 14 days. Also this company promotes that they offer other services but do not answer or return phone calls to new potential customers.I do not recommend doing business with them.
