Luckily, a nice worker was happy to point out where it was and it was right in front of me! Lol! Got it and went to checkout. The worker was very kind and wished a good day too! Great service and store! Highly recommended!!”

“What an OUTSTANDING experience I unexpectedly received about three weeks ago by Elizabeth Gonzalez who is the Assistant Manager at the Family Dollar store #10017 in Kerman, California! Knowing that an item I was trying to locate had recently been discontinued, to my SURPRISE, she texted me a picture of it which she had found on eBay. She went "over and beyond the call of duty" to assist someone OVER THE PHONE whom she had never met but obviously had compassion for sensing the disappointment in my voice. What she spontaneously did for me was an act of "Paying it Forward". After taking the screenshot of the item, she texted it to me. Needless to say, I immediately went online and ordered it that night. It arrived last week, and I could not assemble it fast enough! Way to go, Elizabeth! More employees need to be as compassionate and caring for their customers which is a direct reflection of one's loyalty and commitment to their job and employer!
