The employee did not give us the right information. Seemed lazy and looked like they don’t care. Definitely not professional at all. Didn’t seem to want to help when we needed it.

I usually buy my phones here in town but the Verizon store here in Kerman is always under staffed, and they don't put any effort in to helping you,will not do business with this store anymore ,will travel to fresno

Nothing against this store but F Verizon. I’m 10 year customer and charged full price for an upgrade but a new customer gets a new phone. F dat. Give me a new provider
