I absolutely cannot stand it when a store business does not take responsibilities and tries to sweep dirt under the rug. I actually fell inside in front of the cashiers where they have rugs laid out on the ground. They are not flat but the edges are wavy so eventually I tripped on the edge and fell pretty hard. I was definitely in pain. When I asked the manager/owner to write up an incident report just in case, she told me that she had to send the video to the corporate office to ask them if its ok for her to write up an incident report.
I hate people that actually do insurance scams by falling or whatever other way they do it. But I'm not those people and my side is in pain when I breath in. I have x-rays ordered and I'm hoping that my rib isn't fractured or broke. But either way Fastrip needs to be responsible. Deceptive people are the worst!

Do not trust this gas station because I used my card and it kept getting declined and I go to the other station down the street and it works fine..kinda fishy i think they might be using a card reader

I called this morning to see if I could use my debit card at the pump. Everytime I have gone they make you go inside to pay. I am handicap its hard for me. When the rude girl answered she said I cant hear you, then she hangs up then I called back than she wont answer. I really dont appreciate that rude customer service. I have always be a loyal customer. I hope the owners correct this.It Ă lways matters to be kind to everyone you dont know what they are dealing with.?

Every time I try to use my card at the pump it says âPlease see cashierâ to make you go inside and swipe because the chip reader doesnât work either. Their card readers look sus, use cash instead.

I visited the store yesterday night while travelling as I was a. Tourist and the guy working there at night deservers 5 stars as he was so respectful and welcoming . It was my first time in Kerman and he made my experience worth visiting. Best 24 hours store.

Store is never open anymore at 4am same as the last review. Guy says itâll be a few minutes but never comes back. Itâs been like this for over a month and thereâs always a handful of people waiting for him. I get they have to clean but Iâve waited before and it takes him over 20 minutes to come back. Iâve tried coming before 4 and heâs still closed. Just inconvenient at this point

Store is supposed to be open 24hrs but when ever you show up in the morning the doors are chained shut. Every time I need gas, drinks or breakfast I have to wait 20 plus minutes for the door to be opened. The guy just walks around really slow taking on the phone. When he notices you he holds up 2 fingers like heâs saying 2 minutes but he must be counting in tens because itâs never 2 minutes. Sometimes 10 plus people are lined up waiting to get in the store. This is the only employee who does this. I would stop going if it wasnât the only 24 hr store around.
