It sucks when you have a place like this one that doesn't stick to what they have posted online for instance today my husband usually pays the storage but he is sick right so I was like all right well I'll go pay it no big deal so I look online what time they close okay cool they don't close till 5:00 All right so I get there at 4:00 and they are already closed and see keep in mind I'm the kind of person that if I look on Google and it says that's how it's supposed to be I'm expecting it to be like the otherwise people would have changed it. And I know I should have called, but when you have a sick man I mean ladies we all know how that goes. So now instead of me paying my bill on time I'm going to be charged the late fee because I followed their hours of operation and it's just a bummer. At least post a sign on the window or something that says Sundays be closed early

Had my stuff here for about a year and it was a great experience. Great conversation when I went in and great attitudes every time. They treated us like family They day we walked in and they were closed already but they still made us a contract and gave us a unit.

I couldn't have asked for a better storage place. Ruby is super sweet she really makes you feel at home with your storage. The only down side is payment, money orders, but hey well worth it. I have had my storage there for 3 years. Thank you Ruby for everything I really do appreciate it.

Very helpful and the manager there is really nice. Not to mention they have like a little thrift shop inside. Just wish they had longer hours
