I don't live here but I I have friends that lived or still live there. It was always known as a upscale place to live but over the years I've seen it go downhill. The owners recently got rid of their landscaping crew and hired a friend. Now the grass is dead and full of weeds. I Have Never seen it this bad before. If I had to pay $1300 a month for an Apartment they better be taking care of my yard. I live around the block from Pebblebrook and I have to drive by every day. It makes me mad that the owners don't give a crap! Not OK!! The owners need to step up and fix it! My friends pay good money to live here and deserve to have a kept up yard.

Why pay for a high price lease apartment. They don't even offer Comcast services. You only can get slow internet from Sebastian and tv services from a satellite. I found out that Comcast isn't offered there because the property developer didn't like Comcast. Pebble Brook needs to rethink things like that. I can go down the street to another apartment get what I want and pay less.

I would give 1/2 star if I could. The first year here was fine. After that I've seen lots of unequal things that are not right. First I did not get the mail box key. I was told I had to pay for it at post office yet many many residents here have recieved key from manager at time of rental. Many times while at pool my son was told he could only have 2 guess per apartment. Then I noticed multiple times people having parties at pool with way more then 2 guess. As a matter of fact manager would be there also. What the heck right. I've had a toilet unoperable for 2 months now and still no fix date in site. Not to mention the 4 windows that have been broken for 2 yrs. Yet I'm expected to pay my full rent even though I have not had a full apartment. Not to mention you can only get Sebastian internet which is expensive and slow. And direct tv for cable. I can't wait for my son to finish H.S. so I can get out of here. For this price, rent a house not here.

I have been here for a month and love it thus far.It is quiet! And I like it.The Landscape is my favorite. The flowers and treesSo far Maintenenace has tended to any issue I have had and everyone is pretty to themselves. It is on a main street so you do catch alot of traffic but I dont mind.Inside is nice, granite counters and celing fans in every room. They have a pool/jacuzzi and work out area.None I have used yet. Lol.But for the first month I do enjoy.Amy.

Very agree with previous comment. I had me, my mom, dad and my husband scrabing that apartment for 2 days.. still had to pay for 12 hours of cleaning.. On a final review was a lot of lies... but problems started from very beginning.. I should've expected it from this managment.. our moving in date was changed 3 times.. we were supposed to move in in June but finally moved in a middle of August.. caused all kinda problems.. we didnt know where to leave for a month since we had to write 30 day notice at previous apt.. then they have weird policy.. for example for pool.. you can bring only two guests with you.. so like if you have your sister with three kids visiting only two of them can visit.. then after certain time (I think 7 or 8 pm) you cant bring kids with you to swiming pool.. so if you have toddler or young kids and want to take a brake at the pool you gotta leave kid at home by himself.. weird! Anyways there are a lot more... but for short... just stay away... apt seems nice but you will regret moving in. Also when we wanted to complain and were asking for owners phone number manager wouldnt give it to us.. very shady! We never could get in contact wirh them

I've lived in Pebble Brook Village Apartments for 7 years and I just love it here! The grounds are well cared for and the apartments are beautiful. It's also a no smoking community which is a big plus for me! I wouldn't live here if you mind following fairly strict rules such as what you can have in your yard, on you balcony and windows and where to keep your garbage cans.

I'm updating my previous review because of a very shady policy they have here. You know how you make a deposit when you rent? You try to keep your apartment in tip top shape so you get it back? Yeah, here at Pebblebrook they take over 30% back in order to clean and paint, without specifically telling you--even if your apartment's wear and tear falls within the spectrum of reasonably "normal wear and tear." I'm sure there is some civil code that they're using to do this, and most tenants won't bother fighting it, but, after renting over 15 apartments (all over the US because of jobs) I've never experienced this. The whole experience here was really annoying because I barely used this apartment (only as a waypoint for a certain job in the area). In fact, one room was basically unused because I lived alone. So, if you rent here, really, there is no reason to attempt to clean if you're moving out; heck you might as well let your kids use the walls as their crayon canvas. Go 'Dexter' on the carpet. Leave it a mess. You know why? Pebblebrook will likely charge you no matter what. Kiss 30% of your deposit goodbye. Edit1= I was actually contacted by more than one lawyer about this post, pretty cool. Turns out if you look you'll see that a landlord can't keep your money unless the apartment's condition exceeds "normal wear and tear" In my case, my place was left in almost exact condition of its state when I first rented. I'll update this.
