Super rude staff. Showed up a lil late, didn’t know I had to register, no clerk at counter then got scolded because I was late and was told she didn’t have time and walked away. Find somewhere else for blood work!!

Such a joke. Waste of time and girl was alone. Waited over an hour to finally be told they don't even perform test there that I was scheduled for.

We went this morning for labs my husband and I as I was checking myself in the tech came out and called my name and I told her that I was checking him in and she was rude and raised her voice at me and she said I called you because your checked in and turned around I told her I wasn't finished and just left. I think that this lab needs to review there employees every now and then because I know that people spend lots of money there and shouldn't be like that to their customers the 2 girls should be talked to about the attitude or go else where, where they aren't working with people like the lab. Quest lab please do better or you will loose business.

2 out of 2 times I have went the phlebotomist hurt my vein. My arms vein stayed a dark purple for almost 2 weeks! Don’t go to this quest!

My dr's office requested I get some last minute labs. She called QD to verify their lunch hour & was told it was 11-12. Google maps & their own website confirmed.I'd been here before YEARS ago, so I thought I knew where it was but there's ZERO signage anywhere on the building or door. I walked around the building. I thought maybe they'd moved. Nope. I was about to pull away when a guy in scrubs pulled up & and showed me the QD door.Unfortunately, it was locked, no one is answering the phone & it's 80 degrees out. After waiting 30 minutes (12:30)I left.I'll go to my trusty Valley Health Team from now on. Unfortunately, I live way up by Shaw Ave & won't be in Kerman again for weeks.Do better.

I would like to post my experience today. It really helps to make a appointment. They were so nice and caring as a person and not just a number. I would recommend this office any day. I may have got poked but left with a smile. Thank you!

This location is always has appointments available when needed. They are quick and efficient. We haven’t had an issue. You must book an appointment online at questdiagnostics.com, they don’t have a direct phone line. Check in when you have parked or inside and they will assist within minutes. You must wear a mask per current CDC healthcare facility guidelines, if you wear one at the hospital you must wear one here!

DON’T GO HERE. It’s so bad I’ve sent an email to the corporate HR department. All they do is mess up your blood work. The front desk lady with the short dark hair is absolutely disrespectful and disgusting. Imagine your phlebotomist is acting like a complete B****, before sticking a needle on your veins…This place is horrid!!!!!!!!!

Extremely Disappointed with the service provided at this location. I am saddened by how my father was treated at this lab. Upon arrival, a female employee was extremely rude and demanded he check in using the computer based system. I understand this is standard protocol, however, not everyone is familiar with how to use technology and language barriers are often a common issue in these rural communities. After my father expressed his need for assistance, this employee then proceeded to say she would refuse service until he used the system to check himself in for the lab work. Thankfully a kind hearted individual who witnessed the situation helped my father with the check in process. It is beyond upsetting to know there are individuals out there who lack human empathy and refuse to lend a helping hand. Instead they resort making others feel inferior, helpless and embarrassed. Based on responses to previous posts about this location Its clear that nothing has changed and no accountability has been taken by the leadership team in this region.I truly hope this changes and employees are held accountable for this unacceptable behavior. If I could give this location zero stars I would
