I had to change my rating to 2 stars with all the new pharmacists who seemed to be fresh out of bootcamp and don't look like they know what they are doing and always act confused, they don't know anything. I now look for one girl whom has been there years and knows more than the ones in white coats but the lead pharmacists is experienced.

My mom had the worst experience here at the pharmaceutical area with a female employee who seemed to manage the area. The lack of respect to customers here is terrible. My mom was picking up a prescription from this location after hearing the news that one of her sons had passed away. She had red eyes and was harassed by this employee claiming that she was sick and shouldn’t be picking up the prescription. Please consider removing this employee or provide training for them as they shouldn’t be in a customer-facing position.

The female staff needs serious retraining. There are two managers; Jayme and Carissa who both constantly look disheveled. Jayme's hair is always piled in a messy bun, her clothes are wrinkled and she has a bad body odor. This is out of line with staff dress code guideliness.Another female manager Clarissa, seems to be the Store Manager but she looks very disheveled and unprofessional. Her hair is messy, shes covered in tacky arm tattoos, does t look presentable at all. Is this who you really want representing your company?Another employee, Melinda, she was seen playing loud music on a personal device while sitting at her register. The music could offend any number of customers, and yet she doesnt care.The staff seems to be very comfortable at their location and its to the detriment of the community they are suposed to serve. I hope this store can invest in real-time training for their long term employees.They need it the most. Bad attitudes and inflated senses of entitlement and ego shouldnt keep money away from your business.

Love shopping here! I can get in and out, and they are always so nice. Love stopping here on a hot day for an ice cream! Everything is always nice and clean and the manager is absolutely amazing!

Pharmacy has some very rude staff.It's obvious that some people should not work in customer service positions especially as managers.I will admit that drive thru has one great lady who always brightens my day but the person who works at the drop off window should be fired as well as some people who answer the phone. I understand you're busy but your job is to provide good customer service!

The Pay and Go does NOT work don’t do it. You give them all your info ahead of time including credit card info then they make you pay again because your payment is “ pending”. You have to still enter phone number and sign. No time saved at all. Sorry. Even pharmacist insisted I pay twice?Hoping one charge drops off. Called customer service. Every one just said if I got charged twice come in again and they would fix it. Really?

I had just finished cleaning my yard so I was a little dirty. It's a hot day so I wanted ice cream so I walked in and got dirty looks by the woman in the front. I got in line for ice cream and was told I had to pay for My ice cream first. Two lady's that walked in before me didn't have to pay first. So I stated Why can't I get my ice cream first like them. Both staff members were really rude. Really judgemental and rude for a place that's supposed to be for the community....

Originally from Kerman. Love my hometown. But I would like to say the customer service at this rite aid was so uncalled for. I had a couple of medications to pick up for family members, and angle proceeds to say "next time you have to go around for each order". Thank god I had someone to witness her saying that. I comforted (angle) and she said "next time get your orders all together". So we're rude, and lie now? Get the service right because Angle does not bring that service to the table. One of the rudest pharmacy techs out there.

My daughter had an ear infection so I took her to the doctor early in the morning and they sent over an Rx for antibiotic ear drops. Well I kept checking on the Rx throughout the day and it wasn’t ready until 5 pm. So I go to finally pick it up and it’s almost $400!!! They never once mentioned this to me so I could call the pediatrician back and get it changed or anything before the office closes for the weekend. Even worse, Rite Aid told me there isn’t a generic available and that’s why it’s so expensive and there’s nothing they can do. So the next time she had an ear infection I took the Rx to CVS and they told me there ***was*** a generic and it was $80 instead of $400!!! I will never use them again after they swindled me out of almost $300 bucks! They were just lazy and could have referred me elsewhere if they just didn’t currently have the generic in stock. Also should have warned me of the cost.
