Been mailing things i sell on Etsy for quite some time, i go to random Post Offices in different cities due to my job to mail things off usually an easy process walk in show them the mailing address they print a label and i pay, done, THIS post office in Kerman THE WORST! The lady with gray highlights is very rude would not do it like every other post office has done this process would not explain which label she wanted me to fill out i fill out one on the wall and tells me its wrong, i just walked out what a waste of time. Avoid this place!

Rude and I mean RUDE!!! Went in to mail out some documents and the lady working there looked at me with so much discuss and told me she’s closed and shooed me away with her hand. I will do everything to try and avoid coming here again.

Right now they get one star. They are refusing service to people because of road work. People expecting medication or who just cant get to the PO and because the PO is closed on Saturday they dont get their mail at all. They claim it is for safety issues. I call BS. Guess their motto doesn't apply anymore. Not surprised though standards or service are not relevant in today's world.

Every time I come here there is only 1 person attending and always 10 people or more in the line. I was there today for 30 minutes! I have to get helped and then I had to get back in line to pay. I dont get why I couldnt get charged the first time and send it out myself. They need more help to get people out way faster. The hours are pretty short too. Don't waste your time.

Small office with very minimal staff, but they all do a great job. Everytime I come in and have a question they are very friendly and always help me so my package or letter is sent correctly. The parking is small with just a couple of stalls, but you can park on the street. It never gets real busy usually just a couple people at a time so you can take care of your business quickly.
