The fact they never have the edible machine for a birthday cake ordered a whole week in advance is unacceptable !!! Getting a phone call 1 day before the cake was going to be picked up also unacceptable

Have to say this store stays clean and stocked. Employees are friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are clean all the time. Have never had an issue at this store. Keep up the good work.

So really like this store, (BUT!) They never have enough handicap carts for ride on. Plus today was first time we asked for help to get something out of the locked stuff. Pushed button like 100 times. Then asked a woman stocking shelves for help . She says I don't have keys. But didn't call or go for any either. Just sorta ignored us. After 15 mins some young man came to help after we contacted him.

Stopped here for a few things on the way home, no issues store was clean employees asked if I needed help as I encountered them throughout the aisles and the checker was nice, I didn't even know there were beer and cheese chips till I saw them lol !

Pauline in returns is an incompetent human. When customer service is this bad I'd rather not give details. She needs intensive training in professionalism. I'm extreamly sorry for anyone who must encounter her. Management needs to focus on teaching Paulibe the minimum in interacting with customers, common courtesy.

Seems like there's hardly people ever working there. When asked about a policy the gave me a bs excuse. I hardly even shop at this Walmart because it seems to be more expensive than other ones. I don't mind driving to Fresno to shop since this Walmart is the worst. Some of the managers are rude & make is seem like there better than their customers. Never again.

I went to Walmart right now and I had the worst service at the customer service counter I've ever had. The girl Neomhi was so rude. I questioned a policy and she was so snotty about it that even my 7 year old noticed. Even if she was telling me something I didn't want to hear, I was polite and accepted it, but her delivery of the information was beyond rude. Neomhi was by far the worst person I've ever dealt with at the kerman Walmart and I used to work there.

So we come to this Walmart all the time the black security guard walks up to us and says that the store is calling the police because we took a phone. Now past 10pm they don't even let u take the phones from the back and they're locked they have to unlock the phone and the take them up front for you I've never been treated like this before in my life now i heard Kerman was a prejudice town but all African Americans don't steal i will be contacting the manager in the morning they gave us a hard time i walked out with 3 receipts 1. $75 2. $94.90 3.$66.44 i went for a cell phone and underwear and left with much more but that's not how you treat ppl i was givin a hard time

They delivered a good clean store. The associates were very nice amd welcoming. The ambience of the place is so different then the bay area. Much much more safe and welcoming, i almost forgot what shopping without a sense of danger is like!

The store itself is really nice, but the parking lot is very dirty. I know that means patrons should take better care of it, but it is really filthy.
