Let me first say, I love the associates at Walmart! The pharmacy, on the other hand, is something else... My pregnant wife's prescription took over two hours after they had assured us when we called at 9 am and 10 am, it would he ready in thirty minutes. I finally went over at 11 am to pick up, and when I was at the drive through, I was told by Janni or Jenni, however it was spelled, the pharmacist, it would be ready in a half hour... I expressed my frustration with the service to which she raised her voice at and told me they were really busy...No sooner do I get home when my wife receives a call from Jenni, the pharmacist, telling her that her prescription was ready. She then hung up abruptly. When I make my way back to Walmart, I have a talk with the cashier expressing my frustration and that I'd also need a consultation with the pharmacist... Apart from wanting to voice some concerns about her being unprofessional, I had some questions... When I expressed this she gave me my bag and told me she was not going to talk to me. She was "done with me." I told her I had questions to which she replied "nope! I'm not talking to you."Now, aren't pharmacists required to give consultation if requested? I'm pretty sure she violated that mandate... Also, according to her she was the pharmacy manager, so it's not like I was able to talk to anyone else other than the store manager, which I did.Rachael, Walmart store manager, thank you for your understanding and being very sympathetic to mine and my wife's issues with the Walmart pharmacy. You're awesome!!! Jenni, not so much...

Five stars for the pharmacists who are very kind and knowledgeable. Even on busy days they are polite. As for the pharmacy techs I believe some are polite and courteous and some need to find other professions as they seem so bothered by working there.

Walmart pharmacy, I am not sure why you show a lack of customer service, & medicine knowledge. Last time I waited two weeks to get my medicine and when I call someone answer and then hang up on me; when I call back, the phone sounds busy.

They stopped selling Ammunition, when I asked the store manager he said the new law requires any employee who handles ammunition to pass a state background check and they don't have enough employees who can pass the background so they quit selling it. Really tells you something about the people they hire.
