Free 14 day blm Campground. No water/electric. 1 double Vault toilet & garbage dumpster. Mostly small 1 vehicles spots. Close to river. Permit required for campfire, grills, portable stoves. Permit Free from fire station. High blm/ranger presence. Road in from Bakersfield VERY winding, twisty, curved, narrow.

Just wanted a place to sleep for the night in the car without having to pay and this fit the spot.
It even have clean restrooms.

Great spot for trout fishing, deep pockets and quiet beach.
