Awesome! The Sequoia trees are amazing. The kids enjoyed walking inside the fallen trees and climb on them. The park is small and very well taken care of. Restrooms can be improved a bit...There are shuttle service between this park and King's Canyon.Wr got lucky and we saw a brown bear in the wild!!We had one day for both parks. If you have the time, spend another day.It is, in a way, baby Yosemite.Recommend.

What a magical place! However, It was heartbreaking to see how much of the forest area was burned out. It’s even scarier to see the giants to be gone as well! Please visit this beautiful place, please respect the place, keep your footprint to its minimum and watch out for the fires! We want it to live forever! ❤️

Snow-capped mountains popped in and out of view as we hiked along the trails near Buck Rock and the Meadows. The sights and smells of lush fir trees had such a calming effect on us. My partner couldn't believe how beautiful and blue the sky looked out here in the Sierras. We stopped by in early April, before many of the side roads were opened, and thoroughly enjoyed hiking with our dog out and around the forest. I would definitely recommend visiting Sequoia National Forest, it's an amazing place.
