Super friendly staff. Very nice couple. I got in really late, 3am, and they answered the door very quickly and got me to my room within minutes.

Family ran, maintained and clean, safe parking, quiet, cheap. No frills as expected but it was a perfect place to rest. If you have to stay in Kings City stay here.
