Expensive but worth it. Great views of the lake. Walkable to Kings Beach businesses. The pool/hot springs and spa are first class.

Spent 4 times the amount I would usually pay to stay at a more high end resort and honestly quite disappointed. The location and room itself was great, but simple items were missing (like a sponge to clean dishes.... , Paper towels, adequate toilet paper, soaps for showers ... ) Pool area is very nice with great view of the lake. Beds were comfortable enough, kitchen was adequate. Still , for the cost, not worth it.

I went to the resort twice with my girl friends. We stayed in a cabin the first time, and stayed at Tower the 2nd time. We all loved the view from the Tower apartment. Plenty of good restaurants to go to near by. The hot spring water swimming pool was too cold. I wish it was way warmer like the one I have been to in Rotorua, New Zealand.

Avoid #3 at all costs. It has a dynamite view- but that’s it. This unit is managed by Grand Welcome, though we are unsure if this is a real company at this point or just a sham front with a bank account. We arrived with dirt on the floor, stained sheets and towels, mildew in the showers , broken flooring , a kitchen sink faucet that kept coming off in our hands(!), a jagged spring sticking out of an ottoman (great for small children) and perhaps most maddeningly no dustpan. We asked about the dustpan and they told us “we do not provide cleaning supplies”. - seriously? This is nearly $1000 a night and no dustpan? With dirt and food on the floor and stained sheets and towels? What are we paying the cleaning fee for? Grand Welcome has to be one of the most misleading names for a management company. This place needs major renovations (has probably not been updated since 1980s) but also needs basic cleaning. And a dustpan.

This is a lovely resort to spend your winter vacation. I would come back again.Location: this is right off the lakeshore of Tahoe, so the view is incredibly good during winter. What more to ask for? BBQ at the balcony with snow around you and lake at your sight. Cleanness: the house we live in is very well maintained with essential housewares. Price: reasonable, but could be hard to book during peak season.

Location is amazing. Apartment was good. But amenities are 0. Service/Staff onsite is negligible. I would recommend booking an Airbnb.

We stayed 10 days in the tower...overall an ok experience. The website kinda fluffs the rooms a little. Our room had mirrors EVERYWHERE and was a little out dated. Beds were very uncomfortable for everyone. The best thing was the view from the back deck. Not sure it would be worth returning unless you get a lakeview room. The pool was awesome...the picturesimplyits kinda like an infinity pool....itsnot. The saunas was good when it finally heated up. Make sure you bring quarters to do laundry. And side note the parking situation can be rough sometimes

These are condominiums for rent and I assume also to own. Right on the beach of Lake Tahoe facing west. Just before hibernation a mother and a baby bear had been through the area. A Lake Tahoe sunset from our front window.

Really loved and enjoyed our stay here over the long holiday weekend. The condo we stayed in has a backyard that opens up to the beautiful Lake Tahoe and also provides for convenient sledding/snow fun just steps outside the backyard deck. The community is equipped with a heated pool, tennis courts and a gym/sauna. There's a nearby Safeway or Raley's, as well as a handful of eateries in King's Beach or Incline Village. I felt safe throughout my stay here and enjoyed walking along the lake and exploring the community. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in North Lake Tahoe. For snow sports lovers, this location is about a 20-minute drive (without traffic) to Northstar Resort.
