“Terry helped me tremendously through the purchase of a new home in Genoa, NV. He is kind, patient, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable as a real estate agent as well as in home construction. He is always quick to respond and goes the extra mile. I was extremely impressed when he actually got down into the crawlspace to ensure that the work on a support stud was properly done, as well as checking numerous other punch list items were completed to satisfaction before we signed on the dotted line and completed escrow. Terry called the city to check on a code issue related to a missing support beam. In addition, he researched the roofing manual to make sure the roof was installed properly. The home builder was trying to convince us it was installed properly when in fact, it wasn't. He is a true advocate. I never felt pressure from Terry, as he never tried to "sell" a property. He was always candid and objective in pointing out features of a home/property. I first met Terry 6 years ago when I was considering buying a home in Reno but held off and ultimately realized Reno didn't resonate with me. I'm thrilled to now be in Genoa, NV.
