-5 ☆'s .... miss the old staff, how can these ppl actually be in charge of a snowballstand let alone OUR DAMN FEDERALMAIL, WE PAY $$$ ALOT, ( $85 per 6 months,) CANT GET MAIL AT OUR CABIN HAVE NO CHOICE AN COSTING US UNNECESSARY DEBT MEDICATION INTUEUPTIONS NO CHECK FOR MY FATHERS RETIREMENT, HAS NEVER NO SHOW UP, AN NOW OTS REGULAR ACCURANCE, THAT LEADS TO A RIPPLE AFFECT WE STILL ARE DEALIMG WITH MONTGS LATER , JUST TO HAPPEN AGAIN, OR BILLS NOT ON TIME TO BE ABLE TO PAY , OUR REGISTRATION FOR OUR CAR SO ,MORE OSSES WITH DMV , AN MUCH MORE ,
LETS PETITION- SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE WE PAY ALOT TO LIVE UP HERE AN EVERYTHING IS SO EXPENSIVE, THE WORLD IS BURNING ?, AN THIS UNNECESSARY BS, DO TO , SIMPLE , STAFF CHANGE FROM OBVIOUSLY STAFF NEGLIGENCE IS JUST NOT OKAY .... PPL LETS NOT LET THIS GO ... IF ME OR YOU WOULD GET FIRED FOR THIS SO SHOULD THEY !

Post Office doesn't open until 8:30, and they close from noon to 1 for lunch. A working 9 to 5bperson can NEVER get there when they're open. Mail gets lost,Mail gets it in the wrong PO box.... It's just a disaster.

Didn’t notice there was tape on the packaging table, asked a female employee for some tape to use, she didn’t tell me I could use the ones on the table, directly put the charges on my check, it was ridiculous, had to persuade her really hard to have the charges waved.

The new employees working here are absolute garbage and full of disrespect and entitlement. Packages get returned way too early. Their hours are currently wrong so hopefully you can find a time to talk with an actual employee. This is quite a disgrace to the Kings Beach community and some changes need to take place asap

Most unprofessional post office ever. Today's experience was my last straw. Rude experience every other time. Sometimes I need my ID sometimes I get told I'm crazy for bringing my ID to pickup a package. I just received a note in Spanish from Casey scolding me about someone else leaving a box there with my name/ P.O. Box on it. I don't speak Spanish. She scolded me in person in English and made me take the box telling me it was a man that she saw throw it away.

I moved into town in December, I have never lived somewhere they didn't have mailboxes so I went to get a P.O. box for the 1st time.I walked all the way there in sketchy conditions, just so the j*** behind the counter could talk to me like he couldn't be bothered with me, and was extremely rude. I left without a PO box.

The staff is wonderful. Over the years this has become the nicest post office and that extended to customers too. Everyone said no you first back and forth. Covid made us all a bit more reserved. Thank you Kings Beach for being the best town in Tahoe,

The post office is definitely understaffed but the employees are very kind. They always have answers when you ask questions and are willing to check things for you if you ask them to when there isn’t a big line. I am very grateful to these people they work hard even when they end up alone at the post office.

I’ve been here 5 times now and still think my experience will change. Somehow I’m always stuck with Amber who is incredibly rude for no reason. Just bought a PO Box in incline so I don’t have to deal with her anymore.

The worst customer service on the planet! Some serious troubled souls work there, good luck dealing with them because they will make you go postal!!!!!
