I normally go somewhere else for my wax services but I wanted to try a new place closer to home and I regret it so much. I left with my skin on my upper lip burn. I was in so much pain and it only got worse with my skin drying out and becoming tight when it was healing. The burn was on the entirety of my lip & took a week to heal.

New owners. They took over 4 months ago. Tammy did a great job on my toes. And was so nice and patient with my niece who got her nails and toes painted for the first time. Very clean, professional and courteous.

Came in randomly as a last ditch effort to go into labor at 39 weeks pregnant. Karissa(?) did a great job and definitely made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Bonus points to her because I gave birth 10 hours later! But that aside, it was quick to get in and she did a good job helping me pick out a color. Thank you!

Got my first ever gel mani and less than a week later it started chipping. The woman told us to come when we called asking about availability but we had to wait half an hour to be seen then she rushed our service, telling two other women who came in "come back in 15". Mine had some strange bubbles and bumps upon completion. Maybe try somewhere else....

Disgustingly rude not welcoming at all. Tried to charge 45$ when all I asked was a clear top coat . No filing no prep just one layer of clear top coat . Definitely recommend the place across the street M.V Nails and Spa .

This place was horrible recently took my niece to get her nails done and she showed the iPad lady a picture of what design she wanted and she proceeded to do an all white THICK set which is not cheap she was charging 70 , when I told her they’re to thick if she can thin them down she got mad and said no. I am not the type to say anything but for the price of the nails just ugly and expensive and bad customer service overall.

The service was terrible! First and last time that we come here! These are the nails that my niece first got from I believe is the owner and got charged $75, which FYI she also charges $95 for a short French Tip! This picture does no justice, they were super thick and very clumpy,my sister asked if she can thin them out and smooth them out and she insisted that she couldn't! After so many times of telling her she decided to do it and ended up cutting my niece a bit. It was such a bad experience so we finally gave up and decided to go to Gorgeous Hair & Nail Salon in Selma with Catsteven to get these nails fixed! Luckily he was able to save them and gave my niece the cutest French tip set ever!

Came to Kingsburg hoping it would be better than the salon I usually go in my town. Nope. You walk in and notice the poor condition that the chairs are in. When I was choosing my gel color from their sample... wow.. the thing was so dirty! My pedi lasted max 15 mnts. The basic pedi is $35 but if you want gel is $50. So I said no gel. There were two other ladies and while I was there no one walked in. Oh, and I couldn't get my chair to work and the lady didn't bother to help me. No chair massage for me . Man, hope they do a better job! I will not be coming back. I'm just glad my toes look good.

I used to be a regular at this place when I lived in Kingsburg. I visited this location after 2 years and was super disappointed.- It’s Filthy not just dirty, their samples have dirt and sticky stuff on it, their chairs have so much dirt and filth. To which the owner said it’s all old. It’s not old it’s not been cleaned. (They keep the door open even in summers allowing bugs and all to crawl in)- The service was so poor all my nails were filed in different shapes and over cut. When I asked the owner if she can help me communicate she just talked to him once and left and didn’t check again.- the owner was least interested in the establishment and just kept busy talking on the phone while customers came in and went . No doubt only 2 other people walked in and the place was all empty..Overly pricey for the service they provide and then when you have an issue it’s almost dismissed.. won’t waste my time & money here again..Service: Gel manicures
