Lost or stole an expensive item that was shipped there by one of our customers as an access point. claims they don't have it. even though tracking confirms it got delivered their. Manager or owner wont help cooperate with ups claim. We have never delt with a ups store this bad in our life.

Took 25 minutes to get 2 packages shipped. Both associates were very confused how to ship a package to Alaska, the price kept changing as they were measuring the boxes and talking to each other. Was told they cannot accept UPS accounts here bc they are a franchise and don't get reimbursed until the end of the year and the owner doesn't want to wait for the money (verbatim, the words from the associate). Don't recommend this location unless it's something super basic, like an Amazon return (seemed to be able to do that).

Worst store ever, Mailed a overnight letter to BC Canada and the clerk address it to Selma Ca , UPS Visalia called me and told me that they are sending the letter back to the UPS Store Kingsburg, I went to get the overnight letter back and my refund and they refused to give me my $44.87. You folks need to teach your employees how to read and since I gave him the invoice so he could copy the address where it was going to and the clerk wrote the incorrect address. TERRIBLE STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely horrible customer service. They admitted that an error on my shipment was UPS fault, but refuse to make it right or refund my money. I should not pay for an error made by your company. Extremely disappointed.

Good in some stuff and awful in others, heads up if you returning a package and don’t have a box better go to Walgreen’s next door un less you wanna pay $15 per box thats outrageous and they charge like 5 for just putting whatever you send in the box👎🏽
