They have only one guy running the whole store. The young guy working there is totally disrespectful not even saying hi and wastes time flirting with customers he likes and no way to sign in or a screen showing when my turn comes. We got treated like nobody. Do NOT go to that store ever

Got an upgrade on Friday from 12 Mini (4 years old) and took 15 Pro home to transfer data according to instructions. It would not work. Called ATT help line and again no help. Laptop would not recognize the 15 Pro to back up to it from I Tunes.
Went back to store Saturday and was helped by Jaelen. He was polite and knowledgeable and reset the phone and did the restore for me in less than an hour. He is an excellent employee with fantastic customer service skills.

My son and I had such a great experience at the LaCanada store. George was so accommodating and made everything easy. I came in to upgrade my son’s very worn out phone. At one point I thought we were going to leave with the same worn out phone BUT George found a way to help us leave with a new phone. He was so patient accommodating and knowledgeable. Bravo George!

Gil was really helpful and made my experience so smooth. He stayed overtime to help me resolve my issues & I couldn’t be more grateful. He was thorough and even helped me lower my rate. Josh Andrade the manager helped me with SEVERAL issues! He was very patient and helped me understand the new Internet Air Hub, explained various billing situations on my accounts and helped set up my elderly parents with I-phones. His customer service was outstanding!

I purchased a new phone yesterday at the AT&T store in La Canada. Kevin, my sales rep was extremely helpful and very nice. He was able to get rid of things I was paying for and not using on my monthly bill. All around, a very positive experience.
