“We've shopped at this See's Candy location for many years. It's actually walking distance from our home. This evening we stopped in to check on gift ideas. Sophia greeted us as we entered and promptly offered us a sample. I can't see having an unpleasant experience in a candy store that offers a free sample as soon as you enter. Their candy is iconic and their reputation is legendary in LA. This evening Sophia added to the allure of a great sweet shop by treating us with such sweetness. No matter the holiday, See's is the place to satisfy your sweet tooth.”
“The best chocolate you can ever eat. They also provide free samples in store so you can try different flavors before buying one. My choice is milk chocolate with almond (the ine that they typically offer as free sample at the store entrance)”
“I had been seeing this place all over the internet and decided to try them when I came to visit! It is a nice liquor store, they have a ton of baggies to choose from. I loved this sour watermelon one, 10/10. You also get a cup of ice with your baggie purchase. I bought 5 baggies for a total of $65, which I don't think is too bad given the price of one drink in the area. The workers were nice.”
“On a Saturday afternoon in December, I stopped by to buy to sample their chocolates and buy a few boxes of chocolate. I was nicely greeted in a crowded store. All the staff ladies were really nice and friendly. One worker was passing out candles with a smile. After purchasing boxes of candy, the cashier was so nice and gave us more sample of candies. This is one of the best See's store that I've been.”
“I was craving some Turkish delights candy, and found this place on Yelp and bookmarked it. Since I was in Pasadena running errands, I decided to make a stop by here. The shop is small, but charming! Brightly lit with lots of yummy products lined up on the walls and throughout the shop: Dried fruits, roasted nuts, seasonings, buckets of nuts and what I call Turkish delights, but it's called Mediterranean Delights here. I was hoping for the pretty, extravagant ones I saw on the Yelp pictures, but they only had some pre packaged ones in bins. I like that they're in a sealed wrap so they last longer. There are a lot of packaged snack items that would make great gifts. Since I am nuts for nuts, I had to give these roasted treats behind the counter a try. The proprietor there was super friendly and let me try some pistachios before I bought them. There were so many flavor options I had trouble narrowing down what I wanted. I settled on lemon pistachios and sesame peanuts in addition to a few of the Mediterranean delights. The nuts are flavorful and tasted fresh and crunchy. The candies were pretty good also. All the loose items are sold by the pound and prices are pretty reasonable. Highly recommend this shop if you're looking for some fun flavored snacks!”
“See's Candies is a real treat! Their chocolates are super yummy and come in a fancy box that looks great for gifts. I tried a bunch of different ones, and they were all delicious.The best part is how smooth and creamy the chocolate is. It just melts in your mouth, and the flavors are so good. I loved the ones with nuts; they were crunchy and tasty.The box was a mix of classic chocolates and some cool new flavors. I even got a surprise with a hint of sea salt in one of the dark chocolates – it was awesome!The box looked fancy, and the chocolates stayed fresh. Whether you're getting it for yourself or as a gift, See's Candies is a sure way to make any day sweeter!”

“I have been a customer of this particular See's location for the past five years, and have always been impressed with the kindness and caring of the staff. But today I was especially touched by the kindness shown by one of the candy clerks, Aaron A. I was purchasing 8 half pound boxes of candy as a gift of gratitude for the medical staff that I had recently been under their care. When I mentioned this to Aaron, he offered the gold ribbons to put on the boxes and these terrific special "medical thank you stickers"! Aaron A. was just so kind and when I told him that bridge mix was my favorite he gave me a little bag of bridge mix. Just those little acts of kindness show what a great location and great employees especially Aaron A. See's Candies has... Besides the best candy in the world!If there was a sticker for "Thank you to See's Candies"... I definitely would be using it for this location and the employees!”

“Showcase is an absolute staple for all things beer and liquor in the city of Pasadena and surrounding areas. The extensive amount of liquor, wine, and beer displayed at this location is second to none. The hospitality shown to me by Mike and his employees was, hands down, one of the best experiences I've had inside a location similar to this. Understanding the ins and outs of liquor, what to buy, what's popular, can be daunting, but Mike and his people made me feel comfortable about the whole process. This is a place that has earned a life long customer in me and my family and friends. Thanks for everything Mike.”

“Aji Ichiban is under new management, as of July 1st 2018 and has changed significantly. The store now sells many new products that are unique. I would highly recommend to stop by for a unique experience. I am really impressed with their promotion of getting a stamp for every $10 spent, to receive a 10% off discount on the 11th purchase. I find that very clever and attracts customers, such as myself to frequently buy the many products offered at this store. They also have another location in Monterey Park's Atlantic Times Square.”
“Candy, anyone? This is one of my go-to stops at the Glendale Galleria, located on the first floor near the Food Court. A super pretty store where the loose candy is sold by weight -- you-bag-it and they weigh it. A bit pricey this way, but my experience is that the candy is always fresh. I'm a cherry sours guy, and they always taste good even if a small bag will set you back two figures. Besides bagged candies for munching on your way to the Americana, there are some great packaged candy, popcorn and drinks which make for great gifts. Sometimes I pick up a few things here, put them in a box or basket, and there is your party gift. They even have candy buttons (you eat them right off the paper) which I had to hide from my mom when I was little. Yes to the lolli and the pops.”
