My wife loves this business. You can purchase items online also. They have a line of clothes called the Traveler which is attractive and wrinkle free.

Customer service here is non existent! I wasn’t greeted and the Manager Margo was beyond rude. This is the first and last time I will come to this location. Corporate will be getting a letter from me.

Great service. Small women's boutique with fashions full of stole and color, reasonably priced. Been going here for 9 yrs!

I agree with other reviews regarding the rude, and nasty attitude of the ladies. I order on line 90% of the time, but the few times I have gone in, I have regretted it. I'm sure they could find people with better customer service skills. Maybe they need better training, or maybe they should try to hire people who want to work, and not treat customers like we are "bothering" them!

Its a store that the staff treat you very kind and patiently, and like a customized order ,they try to be as helpful as possible. Prices are not on the low side though!

I brought my Wife to Chico's in La Canada today as it's her birthday and she loves Chico's and she is very happy to be shopping here on her birthday.
