I want to thank ,Miss/Ms Sanchez for all the great customer service when I come in there. Always going beyond just normal customer service. She really genuine care about the customer whom come in. I am very glad she is apart of the bank.

On 2/24/21 the only person in the La Canada branch told me that they could not provide over $2,000 in cash because they was the only one working today. Of course, I was also the only one there. No other customer was there when I arrived, while I was conducting my business, nor when I was leaving. When I asked, she then said that I needed to call ahead when I wanted cash. I've been with CBB for seventeen years and have had really good service from one person, who left for another bank. I don't think I will make it to 18 years. This location should probably be closed.

I've been going to this bank for a while now. Every time I go I am always met with the kindest service. Even if there is a line, I'm usually out within 10 minutes. Vanessa is usually who I go to, and she always has the best attitude, makes sure I'm taken care of, and out of there in a timely manner.

During this time of Covid19, things are tough. The nice lady in La Canada's office helped me out with several deposits as well as a bunch of cash and misc change that our Rotary Club had collected to give to a charity. Yvet was very kind. Also a shout out to Jory in Glendale who is awesome!

I especially like that this bank is still close to Taylor's. That way, we can have a martini when we make our deposits!

I have cashed my check from here for a year now, and today they decided to test me. I lost my paycheck in the mail and had to have a handwritten check reissued to me from my employer. So the supervisor on duty says she has a policy that prohibits her from cashing handwritten checks over $1000 until they contact the person who wrote it directly and verify that they check is from them... Had to call corporate to get it handled. Turns out that policy doesn't exist and when corporate asked for the name of someone to talk to, the response I was given was "We don't need a manager to run this place." Then wrote my personal information on a post it for her safe keeping. Anyway, after a relatively sorry call to corporate, the tellers straightened up and cashed my check for me and I was on my way. As I'm walking out the door I can hear that they finally got ahold of my boss so I stuck around to hear how the lovely manager bad mouthed me to my boss. Way to run an establishment full of people's money...

If I could give 0 out of 5 stars I would. This bank, and particularly this branch, are extremely difficult to work with. They charge exhorbitant fees for the most basic of transactions, and they make it extremely difficult to get your money back when u want/need it. Do not bank with them. Do not get tricked into opening any accounts/CD's based on short term teaser rates... If you do, you're sure to regret it later!
