Highly recommend Phyllis Harb and team! We were referred to her by a neighbor. Her plan enabled us to sell our house quickly and for a great price. Throughout the process she was accessible and responsive. She moved things along without being too pushy. She went above and beyond by helping us with contractors and coordinating a move. I would highly recommend Phyllis if you are looking for a realtor! She helped me buy my first house and sell my condo this past year, and I couldn't have done it without her. Phyllis's experience and professionalism is unbeatable, and she goes above and beyond for her clients. Buying and selling a home is stressful enough, and in this market I was terrified I would never find anything, but a million thanks to Phyllis I ended up in my dream home!

We were lucky enough to find Phyllis while searching for a realtor familiar with probate and all that is entailed. I have to say, we found THE BEST we could have possibly asked for in Phyllis. She has been so supportive from the start and very knowledgeable in advising us on everything from home repairs and updates to recommending contractors and handling costs in escrow. She is compassionate and truly cares for her clients. Especially during difficult times with the loss of a family member, all the while managing to acquire multiple offers resulting in selling WELL over asking price. Phyllis came highly recommended by a 3rd party. When we decided to call her in early April to plan the sale of our house in June, she quickly came over to look at the house, and discussed a game-plan. Nothing outrageous, everything made sense. From the day we spoke on the phone, meeting her, put into action what we discussed, everything worked very smoothly up to closing of escrow.We were leaving California and handed Phyllis our house keys. We left feeling very confident about Phyllis' team. She sold our house in 9 days and presented us with amazing offers. They are very reliable, responsive, highly-organized, and genuine. I was in a panic after my father recently passed away. I had so much going on including taking my mother in and dealing with her being in the ER. I called Phyllis and Kris and they gave me excellent advice and really comforted me. Kris spent a lot of time with me on the phone and text and continued to give me excellent advice which I am so thankful for. Their expertise and professionalism really show from the first few seconds talking with them. I can not recommend them highly enough and would definitely call them again for their services.

Harb & Co. (Phyllis Harb) has represented me both as a buyer for my first home and as a seller for an inherited home that had multiple family members to manage. BUYER: As she walked me and my husband through buying our first home, she was gracious, supportive, informative and calming during this normally overwhelming process. If anyone is looking for a realtor of a lifetime, Phyllis Harb is it. She sold us our house 20 years ago and every time I have a question regarding the house, the city, lenders or loans, homeowner’s rights, etc. she is right there.
