“I don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience with Glendale RX Pharmacy over the past year, I felt compelled to share it. From day one, they have been professional, timely, and incredibly accommodating. Whenever I call, someone always answers the phone and is genuinely able to help. If I’m ever placed on hold, it’s only briefly before someone gets back to me. And when they say the pharmacist will call me back shortly, Annabelle truly does call within minutes and speaks to me as though I am her only customer. That level of care and attention is incredibly rare these days. The customer service here is exceptional. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind, friendly, and helpful. They also ship my prescriptions promptly, and I consistently receive them the very next day. Up until today, all of my interactions had been over the phone, but when I went in to pick up my prescription, I was met with the same warmth and professionalism in person. The pharmacy was immaculate, the pharmacy assistant greeted me warmly and quickly helped me, and Annabelle personally went over my prescription instructions with care and kindness. It’s rare to find a business that is this reliable, responsive, and genuinely caring. I truly can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy and highly recommend them.”

After CVS messed my (regular) meds up multiple times, I asked for my prescriptions to be transferred to 986. This pharmacy finally cleared up & corrected the mess that CVS created. I always receive my meds early, thankfully have no mistakes, & they're very easy & pleasant to deal with. My only regret is not going to them sooner. “I will never to go to a CVS or chain store again for vaccinations or medications. The personal attention, care, professionalism of Anesha at ABM Pharmacy was wonderful (you never find that at the chain stores). I had an appointment for the COVID vaccine at CVS and they cancelled me at the last moment since they didn't have the vaccine. So, I searched and found ABM which did have the latest COVID vaccinne formulations (Moderna etc). No line, friendly helpful pharmacist who answered all my questions. She is also extremely knowledgable about the vaccines as she listens into a weekly call on the vaccines so she was able to answer questions I had that the other pharmacists at CVS and Costco didn't answer (these big chains are not interested in you as person you are just something to process as quickly as possible with minimal human interaction). Lovely neighborhood pharmacy. I would encourage EVERYONE who has received rude treatment at the big chains and has had it with the impersonal (sometimes even rude) treatment by a pharmacist to visit this lovely pharmacy (lovely modern clean interior). Thank you Anesha and ABM!”

“I recently transferred all my prescriptions to this place because I couldn't stand the CVS on Lake. Boo to that place! That place walks like a pharmacy, talks like a pharmacy, but I am sure the pharmacy on Doc McStuffins would operate more efficiently. The staff and pharmacist here were super helpful transferring my old prescriptions and informative with recent changes to them. Brown & Welin is old-timey and that is somehow comforting, at least to me because I am old. The only down side, so far, to the quaintness is that they have shorter hours than the big stores, but I would sacrifice the availability for premier customer service I have received here. Leave CVS for this place, stat!”

“Bought a casino game here for $55 for a Christmas present for my son. When he opened it Christmas morning, the roulette wheel was broken. I just returned it today to be told they can't swap or refund because the box was opened????? WTF??? How are we supposed to know it's broken until we open it. Would not recommend buying anything from here. A very rude and uncooperative manager. Maybe they should sell X ray glasses so we can see into the box before opening it. Unbelievable ‍ Update . The owner of the store was great and helpful and immediately exchanged the item without a problem. A shame we had to go through so many hoops. but thankfully it got resolved. No apology from the manager just a surly attitude. The store is good and has some great products ( when they aren't broken). The owner may want a word with the manager on how to interact with customers in future.”
