Two customers being helped while we waited. Over 40 minutes and not one transaction completed. Assistant not capable of anything without checking with her co employee. Thoroughly unpleasant experience. Oh, and they would not give an appointment.

I had an experience similar to J W. I went to this store to upgrade my phone. My current phone was paid in full and I upgrade for an iPhone 14. The gentlemen that assisted me kept trying to upgrade my plan, sell me accessories, upgrade other phones on my plan, etc. I refused all offers SEVERAL times to the point my boyfriend had to ask them to stop soliciting because I already told them what I wanted/didn’t want. I left the store thinking that the only thing changing on my plan would be the upgrade on my phone. When I received my phone bill the following month, to my shock, it had increased by almost $100. I called customer service and they explained that my plan had in fact been changed (without my consistent) and the employee also added accessories to my bill and put them on a monthly payment plan. I reached out to the General Manager, Jovanna several times and never received a response. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION! They are scam artists and will make changes to your account without consent.

A network connection company which has lots of hidden fees and they are not fulfilling what they say. They always break what they promise.They data quality is so poor.

Can I just tell you how awesome and patient both Felix, Jasmine, and Lisa were!!! My XR crashed w/the new iOS 17 update. It took them every creative avenue to update and transfer my data - 6 hours later, THEY DID IT. <3. I am grateful for them after visiting 3 other locations. NO ONE IS BETTER! Felix from the moment you picked up the phone, I knew I was in the right place! You are my forever tech person!! Cyndi Bennett.

In the end it turned into an awful experience. Switched plans and noticed they tagged on several different services I didn't ask for. Gave me Tracker (said it was a gift) but later I noticed I was paying $10 a month for it. I never used it and it is still sitting in box. Then when I cancelled the monthly service I had to pay almost $40 for the tracker. Tacked on protection plans I didn't ask for. Never take this stores word. Read in detail what they are doing.

I love the staff at this store! They are always so incredibly helpful and kind. I was having an issue with my phone's internet and Miguel took initiative to help me troubleshoot the issue. He was able to fix it in about 5 seconds when Apple Care gave me the round about for about an hour. I'm really grateful for his superb customer service. I think he's helped me set up a new phone before and I was always super impressed. Thanks Miguel and team.

Do not go here. Sales rep added extra lines when I only went in to get a new phone and tried to force them on me. After haven spoken to the friendly customer service about returning the items, I went in to return the phones as instructed by the customer service rep. The store manager said I would need the receipt per store policy, which in my 10 yrs a TMobile customer, never heard of. Called customer service and the customer service informed me there's no such policy and the manager is wrong and trying to not allow me to return the phones. I even asked him to scan the products or look up my account and still refused to do so. I returned with the receipt, and another sales rep assisted me, which I asked him if it store policy to require a receipt and he stated no it was. The STORE MGR is rude and unprofessional. The customer service was friendly enough to report what he had done to me and said he was in the wrong. Management, what a poor decision in choosing a store manager.

Horrible, horrible customer service They are very rude and not professional no wonder there is no customers and the store is always empty. Miguel he said who is the manager but he has no customer service, so is the girl if I'm not mistaking her name was Samantha very very rude all the bad reviews are true. I hope the corporate office will check all these employees and the customer service and this kind of service is the reason made me switch from T-Mobile to another company 4 of my lines.

The worst store. The manager by the name of Alexander doesn't like to help anyone and gives excuses to make things hard more complicated. Don't go to this store.

T mobile representative John was respectful and patient! He wrote down my options clearly. There were no hidden costs. He was very helpful. La Canada is a calm , welcoming store. I have had negative experiences at other T mobile stores: Pasadena & Alhambra. I will return to La Canada!

There are very poorly trained new employees working in the store. They misquoted prices and promotions as well as retrieved the wrong devices from the back when checking out. They also added insurance to my purchase and approved an agreement without my permission. After multiple mistakes were made a supervisor promised a bill credit and response from the manager which never came. Emails to the stores owner before posting this went unanswered. Avoid!!!!

I have an existing T-Mobile account and needed to add internet service to my parent's house. T-Mobile had the equipment, helped set me up and I was on my way. The Wi-Fi works great and so far no issues. Compared to other services it was a bargain - $30 a month. My only somewhat minor complaint is that they were understaffed
